      SOLUTION: This cooling fan is provided with a plurality of blades 4 arranged radially around a rotary shaft, and an outside ring 5 arranged on the peripheral side of each blade 4. The number of the blades 4 is set to be 12-16, and the periphery on the discharge side of the blade 4 and the outside ring 5 are made continuous by a curved section 46 with a radius R4 (10-14 mm). The outside ring 5 is provided with a ring body section 51 in a substantially cylindrical shape, and a ring side section 52 extended toward the outside in the radial direction from both ends in the axial direction of this ring body section 51, and it is in a substantial C-shape in cross section opened to the outside in the peripheral direction. The thickness t1 of the ring side section 52 is set to be 5.5-7.5 mm.

      SOLUTION: In an engine room (2), there are provided an engine (4), a cooling fan (8) installed in the front of axial direction of the engine (4), a radiator (6) in the front of the cooling fan (8), and a fan stator (7) installed in between the cooling fan and the radiator.
