    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling fan having a larger size but less noises, securing the strength of a joint portion, and to provide its segment as part of the manufactured cooling fan having less noises for securing the strength of the joint portion.
      SOLUTION: The cooling fan segment comprises a blade structural part 12 and a ring forming piece 11 continuously provided at the outer edge of the blade structural part 12. The blade structural part 12 and the ring forming piece 11 are formed into one unit. The plurality of cooling fan segments are arranged along the peripheral direction, whereby each blade structure part 12 constitutes each blade 1 of the cooling fan. The plurality of ring forming pieces 11 constitute a ring body 2 which is arranged on the outer periphery side of the blade 1.

A control lever device 27 of such a constitution is provided in a console housing 25 mounted with an operator seat 23 together on a base 22 installed on a suspension device 21, thus obtaining a console 24 of an oscillatory system identical to the operator seat 23.
