    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preserving a biological component immobilized without freezing in a medium consisting essentially of water under mild conditions to a biological component of normal temperature and normal pressure.
      SOLUTION: The method for preserving a biological component comprises mixing a water-soluble polymer solution into which a biological component is dispersed with a water-soluble compound solution to form a three-dimensional crosslinked product and preserving the biological component in the state of the three-dimensional crosslinked product. Preferably the water-soluble polymer is a polymer containing a phosphorylcholine group and a phenylboronic acid group and the water-soluble compound is a compound containing a polyfunctional hydroxy group.

Preferably, a plurality of the first substance layers and the second substance layers are alternately constituted, and the single cell layer comprises the connective tissue cells or the epidermal cells. Preferably, the method for laminating the cells of laminating a plurality of the layers of the connective tissue cells and/or functional cells includes: repeating the method for laminating the cells for several times.
