摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to prevent a drop in electrical characteristics of silicone oil due to moisture absorption by providing two connectors communicating with the outside and inside at a wall portion of an oiltight chamber containing a bushing made of organic materials at different positions of the wall portion and by providing moisture absorption means in an outer circulation passage for communication between two connectors. SOLUTION: Part of wall of an oiltight chamber is formed by placing a cylindrical lower fittings 12 for communicating between a bushing 2 made of plastics and a cable protection fittings 9. A connector 13a is placed at a high position side of a lower fittings 12, and a connector 13b is attached at a lower position of the same fittings 12 in a communicating state between the inside and outside. Both the high and low connectors 13a and 13b are communicated with a metal pipe or the like and an external circulating passage 15 is formed. Moisture absorbing means 14 is provided in the external circulating passage 15. Silicone oil 10 in a plastic bushing 2 is led to the absorbing means 14 through the external circulating passage 15 and moisture is removed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To shorten the working time by a method wherein an insulating synthetic resin is injected into an external conductive unit through a metal mold, the whole is heated so as to be cross-linked, the insulating synthetic resin and the external conductive unit are integrated and a reinforcement insulator is formed. CONSTITUTION:An external conductive unit 8 is constituted of two split members which are symmetrical, it is formed to be a trumpet shape which is matched to the external shape of an is insulating synthetic resin which is injected into its inside so as to be integrated, and it must be preheated to a temperature of about 120 deg.C which is at the same degree as the temperature of the insulating synthetic resin which is injected into the external conductive unit 8 and cable insulators 2, 2' by means of a metal mold 10 having a heating function before the insulating synthetic resin is injected. Then, after the insulating synthetic resin has been injected, the metal mold 10 is set to a covered state, a heater 11 is electrified, the temperature of 120 deg.C is kept, and a cross-linking process is executed. Then, the external conductive unit 8 and an external conductive unit 8' which is provided with an insulating layer are brought into close contact and integrated, and a reinforcement insulator whose insulating performance is excellent can be formed. As a result, the working time can be shortened sharply, and the reliability of a connection part can be enhanced.

摘要： PURPOSE:To retard the generation of corona even upon application of abnormal voltage by covering the outer peripheral surface at the conductor joint of a sleeve with an insulation treatment layer communicated with the terminal of a plastic insulator. CONSTITUTION:An insulation tape is wound around the outer peripheral surface at the conductor joint 2a of a sleeve 2 to form an insulation treatment layer 13 having one end in the layer direction extending from the forward end of the conductor joint 2a and communicating with the right angle cut end face 120 of a plastic insulator 12 while filling a valley having an exposed part of the conductor 11 as the bottom. Preferably, the insulation tape is brought into pressure contact, at the side edge thereof, with the end face 120 of the plastic insulator 12. This structure prevents the generation of corona due to abnormal voltage after long term use and prevents a streak of water from intruding to the outside of the sleeve 2 thus suppressing the damage upon occurrence of failure.

Moreover, for the connection of conductor of the single core OF cable, a reinforcing steel pipe for obtaining oil path is previously inserted into the center area of the right and left compressed sleeves.
