摘要： PURPOSE: To protect the fixing part of a capacitor cone against buckling by providing a tubular buckling preventive means in the vicinity of a part for supporting/fixing the capacitor cone. CONSTITUTION: A tubular buckling preventive means 18 is mounted on a part for fixing/supporting a capacitor cone 3. The tubular buckling preventive means 18 is made of an aluminum alloy having high thermal conductivity and has inside diameter matching the large diameter part of a capacitor cone 3. A hole for allowing passage of insulation oil 7 is made through the side wall of the tubular buckling preventive means 18 which is then fixed, by means of bolts, to a fixing board 11 while circumscribing about the large diameter part of the capacitor cone 3. Consequently, the fixing part of the capacitor cone 3 can be protected against buckling in a structure wherein an oil gap 8 is formed between the cable core 1 and the capacitor cone 3.

摘要： PURPOSE: To prevent a conductor draw-out rod from being drawn out due to rotation by a structure wherein an elliptical groove and a rear circular groove are made in the shield tube in such relative positional relationship as allowing movement of a fixing pin on the side of a conductor draw-out rod. CONSTITUTION: An elliptical groove 13a' and a circular groove 18 are made radially in the inner circumferentia surface of a shield tube 13' with the circular groove 18 being made in the rear of the elliptical groove 13a'. The grooves 18, 13' are made closely each other and communicated with a pass groove 19 extending in the axial direction on the long diameter side of the elliptical groove 13a'. When a fixing pin 17 is located along the short diameter of the elliptical groove 13a' and a conductor draw-out rod 3 is pushed in, the pin 17 passes through the elliptical groove 13a' and stops at the final inserting position, i.e., at the position of the circular groove 18. When the pin 17 is drawn out, it is turned to the position of the pass groove 19 and shifted to the elliptical groove 13a'. This structure prevents the conductor draw-out rod 3 from being drawn out at a stroke.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a terminal joint of an oil-filled power cable in which a lead wire for measuring the temperature can be inserted into the oil channel of a conductor through a conductor draw-out rod. CONSTITUTION:An auxiliary draw-out rod 1' having a semi-stop mechanism is provided independently from a conductor draw-out rod 1 to be fastened to the end of conductor of an oil-filled power cable. Semi-stop mechanism is removed from the conductor draw-out rod 1 and a lead wire 14 for measuring the temperature is inserted thus allowing direct insertion of the lead wire into the oil channel in the conductor. The conductor draw-out rod and the auxiliary draw-out rod define a communication oil channel through a piping 10. Consequently, the insulation oil injected into the cable is discharged from a side hole 7 of the conductor draw-out rod through the piping, the axial hole of the auxiliary draw-out rod, and the side hole 7' of itself to the lower part (porcelain tube) of an upper metal 17.

摘要： PURPOSE:To shorten axial extension of a conductor inserting part due to compression of the inserting part by compressing the part of the side having a long conductor inserting length to clamp the end of the conductor, and then compressing the conductor inserting part of the side having a short conductor inserting length in a state that the conductor inserting length is increased at the amount of extension due to its compression. CONSTITUTION:A conductor inserting part 14 of the side having a long conductor inserting length is compressed, and the end 18 of a conductor is clamped. A stop unit 11 due to the compression of the conductor is axially extended toward the side of other cable 17. The axial extension is equal to that in the case of eliminating a size L3 in which the unit 11 is deviated, and the inserting length is increased at the amount of extension due to compression at the conductor inserting part 15 of the side having small conductor inserting length. Accordingly, the latter part 15 is set to the equal length to the former part 14 to be compressed to clamp the end 19 of the conductor. Since the axial extension due to its compression is dispersed at both side cables 16, 17, the extension to the cable due to the compression of the inserting part becomes about 1/2.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a dielectric loss tangent and to decrease an expansion coefficient by using a globular quartz having a mean particle size of a specific value or less as a filler of a filler-filled epoxy resin used as an insulator of a main insulating unit in a branch connector system-branched from a power cable line. SOLUTION: A CV cable is formed in a prefabricated shape constituted of a premolded insulator and a spring unit as an internal insulator. An OF cable is provided with a reinforcing insulator of insulating paper on an OF cable insulator, an epoxy bellmouth is disposed in a shield for filling an oil. A globular quartz having a mean particle size of 30 μm or less is blended and composed as a filler in an epoxy resin in a main insulator 2' of the unit, and an aluminum is used as an embedded electrode 1' to become a high-voltage conductor. Thus, its dielectric loss tangnt is reduced, and its expansion coefficient can be decreased.
