    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the compressive pressure applied to a premolded insulator, actively following the temperature change of a CV cable, by so providing a clevis and a displacement transferring shaft that their dislacements and expansion and shrinkage of a temperature dependent hydraulic bellows interlock each other, and by linking the displacement transferring shaft to a spring. SOLUTION: When the temperature of a temperature dependent hydraulic bellows 13 is high, expanding itself and deforming a clevis 14 in a Z-shaped form by its expansion force, the displacement thereof is transferred to a displacement transferring shaft 15' to shorten the length of a spring 10. On the other hand, when the temperature of the hydraulic bellows 13 is low, shrinking itself and deforming the clevis 14 in an inverse-Z-shaped form by its shrinkage force, the displacement thereof is transferred to the displacement transferring shaft 15' to lengthen the length of the spring 10. By these operations, changing the length of the spring 10 accompanied by the temperature change of a CV cable (C), the compressive pressure caused by the spring 10 is changed to keep nearly constant the interfacial pressure of a premolded insulator 6.

    • PURPOSE:To shorten the working time by a method wherein an insulating synthetic resin is injected into an external conductive unit through a metal mold, the whole is heated so as to be cross-linked, the insulating synthetic resin and the external conductive unit are integrated and a reinforcement insulator is formed. CONSTITUTION:An external conductive unit 8 is constituted of two split members which are symmetrical, it is formed to be a trumpet shape which is matched to the external shape of an is insulating synthetic resin which is injected into its inside so as to be integrated, and it must be preheated to a temperature of about 120 deg.C which is at the same degree as the temperature of the insulating synthetic resin which is injected into the external conductive unit 8 and cable insulators 2, 2' by means of a metal mold 10 having a heating function before the insulating synthetic resin is injected. Then, after the insulating synthetic resin has been injected, the metal mold 10 is set to a covered state, a heater 11 is electrified, the temperature of 120 deg.C is kept, and a cross-linking process is executed. Then, the external conductive unit 8 and an external conductive unit 8' which is provided with an insulating layer are brought into close contact and integrated, and a reinforcement insulator whose insulating performance is excellent can be formed. As a result, the working time can be shortened sharply, and the reliability of a connection part can be enhanced.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent bedewing and to conduct a premolded insulator mounting work easily by providing a hydraulic cylinder, fastening metal fittings and pressing metal fittings and by mounting the premolded insulator by means of the hydraulic cylinder with the inside of a cover filled with electric negative gas or dry air after degassing the inside of the cover. CONSTITUTION:An end of a CV cable 12 is peeled at places to expose a cable conductor 15, which is covered with a conductor connection sleeve 16 and is compression-connected. After the inside of a cover 4 is degassed, the atmosphere of the inside of the cover 4 is replaced with SF6 gas, etc., by using a gas filling tube 21. Then, a hydraulic cylinder 10 installed on a fastening metal fitting 7 is driven and a cone-shaped end of a premolded insulator 2 is moved to the right through a pressing metal fitting 3, to be fit in with a tapered face on the inner surface of an epoxy unit 1. After removing an insertion jig, a spring unit 18 is mounted on an end of a protective tube 17 and the spring unit 18 is covered with an end copper pipe 19. A part between the end copper pipe 19 and the CV cable 12 is coated with a waterproof agent 20.
