    • PURPOSE: To make a lubricant scattered into an inner hole of a base material adhere quickly and easily to the whole surface of the inner hole by holding a tubular extruding base material so as to be horizontal and turnable on a rotary supporting member.
      CONSTITUTION: A billet 2 is fed onto a pair of rotary rollers 35, 36, and also a sprinkling machine base 12 is advanced toward the billet 2 by a cylinder 13. A sprinkling tube 1 goes into an inner hole 2a of the billet 2, the machine base 12 is stopped at a fixed position, and a rotary feed member is turned by rotating a prime mover 11. A lubricant in a lubricant tank 5 is fed into the sprinkling tube 1, inclined in the axial direction extending over the longitudinal direction of the peripheral side of the sprinkling tube 1, or the lubricant of an equal quantity is discharged and scattered uniformly extending over the overall length of the inner hole 2a from the slit-shaped sprinkling hole 1a in which a width of slit grooves is different. As the billet 2 rotates by the rotary rollers 35, 36, the lubricant is made to adhere and applied uniformly and automatically to the whole surface of its inner hole 2a.

    • PURPOSE:To securely and rapidly cut off and chamfer both the ends of a tubular material and improve its yield, by enabling chamfering machines to move to and away from the ends of the tubular material cut off by cutters and rotate around the axis of the tubular material. CONSTITUTION:Cutting-off machines 12, which comprise elements for cutting off the ends of a tubular material 6 supported on support members 7 and comprise chuck elements for chucking the tubular material in its cutting-off, and chamfering machines 13, which have elements for chamfering the cut-off end faces of the tubular material, are provided near each other on tables 10 respectively. A main chuck, a driver for causing the main chuck to perform chucking or release by fluid pressure, and another driver for a cutter provided on the outside of the body of each cutting-off machine are provided in the body. An auxiliary chuck 36, which is located at a distance from the main chuck in the longitudinal direction of the tubular material 6, is provided on the outside of the body of each cutting-off machine.

    • PURPOSE:To enable an internal surface of a long small-sized pipe to sufficiently perform its electrolytic polishing, by inserting a cathode wire being placed in a tense condition into the long small-sized pipe, which circulates an electrolyte, and performing the electrolytic polishing while relocating the small-sized pipe or the wire to be relatively fed in the axial direction of the pipe. CONSTITUTION:When an internal surface of a polished pipe P perform its electrolytic polishing, the pipe P, while it is rotated by a driving device 9, introduces an electrolyte into the pipe P from an electrolyte introducing device 2, and electrolysis is performed while rotating a winding drum 1 and a supply drum 3 respectively in directions of arrow heads. As the result, as a cathode wire W is driven running, that is, as a partly disclosed part of the wire W is relocated, the pipe P performs the electrolytic polishing for its internal surfaces successively from the upper right side. In this way, the wire W, if its conductor exposed part finishes passing through the pipe P, is stopped being wound by disengaging a clutch 10 of the drum 1 while stops rotation of the drum 3 by actuating its brake, simultaneously the electrolysis. Next the drum 3 is released from its brake, thereafter a handle 8 is rotated, and if the wire repeats its rewinding control, the electrolytically polished pipe with its internal surface in predetermined roughness is obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To perform rapid and accurate chamfering, by enabling the chamfering with two tools though the number of cut surfaces is three and by accurately setting the positional relationship between a tubular material and the tools. CONSTITUTION:A tube end face collision member 6 is provided on the production of the axis of a tubular material 5 such as stainless steel on a conveyor 4. A cutter 18 is provided over a table 1 in front of the conveyor 4 so that the cutter can move to and away from the end face of the tubular material 5 held by a chuck 14 and rotate around the axis of the material. The cutter 18 is constituted by a drill and a tool for a lathe, a shaper or the like. The inner edge of the end face of the tubular material 5 is cut by the tapered cutting edge of the drill. The outer edge of the end face is cut by the cutting edge of the tool. The end face is cut by the straight cutting edge of the drill. According to this constitution, rapid and accurate chamfering is enabled.
