    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power converter stack which equalizes inductance to the circuits of individual groups of capacitors, and uniformizes ripple currents. SOLUTION: On one end of a junction board 27 formed by joining a P-layer side conductor board 15 and an N-layer side conductor board 16 onto both surfaces of an insulating board 10, a positive-side DC terminal 11, an AC terminal 13, a negative-side DC terminal 12 are provided. Between a positive-side power line and a negative-side power line to be connected to the positive-side DC terminal and the negative-side DC terminal, a plurality of groups of capacitors 21a,...24c are connected in parallel, positive-side and negative-side IGBTs 18, 19 are connected in series. The IGBTs are arranged in the center collectively, and the groups of capacitors are arranged outside each IGBT uniformly. Both conductor boards have a specified pattern, and the IGBTs and capacitors are connected to individual terminals, and connection of the IGBTs is performed on the opposite side to the positions of installation of the positive-side and negative-side DC terminals. Along with it, both conductor boards are overlapped over at the pattern sections constituting the above- mentioned positive-side and negative-side power lines.

    • PURPOSE:To stabilize switching work, by adding a control circuit anew to a reference sinusoidal wave generation circuit. CONSTITUTION:The input section of the second PT 111 is connected to a preliminary output power source 105, whose output section is connected to an A/D converter 116 on one hand, and on the other it is connected to a reference sinusoidal wave generation circuit 113. The output of the A/D converter 116 is connected to the above-mentioned generation circuit 113 so as to be stored to an external memory 119 as a digital signal with a microprocessor unit 118 (MPU). On the other hand, the output voltage waveform on an inverter circuit side is inputted from an AC filter circuit 104 of an inverter device to the generation circuit 113 through the first PT 107. Eddy current will thereby be generated to the output current of the inverter device. When the preliminary output power source 105 becomes feeding condition, the voltage waveform is converted into a digital signal by the A/D converter 116 and is stored to the external memory 119. Then, this is converted into an analogue signal with the above-mentioned generation circuit 113 and is controlled so as to synchronize the output voltage phase.
