摘要： PURPOSE:To carry out safety conveyance while keeping off any scamper or runback of equipment at the time of conveyance at a grade interval by performing frictional braking in a way of holding a brake shoe, under pressure, in cooperation with a depressor rail and a braking rail at the time of braking a conveyor. CONSTITUTION:A braking rail 81 is installed tight along a traveling rail 3, and a depressor rail 82 made liftably movable up and down along the traveling rail 3 is additionally installed therein. Then, an braking arm 61 fitted with a brake shoe 62 is pivoted to the side of a traveler 20, and this brake shoe 62 is equilibriously supported in keeping a void in space between the traveling rail 81 and the depressor rail 82 usually. When braking of a conveyor 10 is performed, frictional braking takes place in holding the brake shoe 62, under pressure, in cooperation with the depressor rail 82 and the braking rail 81. Thus, even in the case where the conveyor 10 is stopped in the point midway in the grade interval or accidentally stopped, a scamper or running-back is made precentable from occurring.

摘要： PURPOSE:To perform a job for safety conveyance by keeping off any running back of equipment which conveys a work or material in a lifting grade interval of rail traveling linear type suspended conveyor facilities. CONSTITUTION:In a rail traveling linear type suspended conveyor which conveys an apparatus being hung from a traveler traveling on a rail by driving it by means of an interaction in a linear motor, a link chain 81 is installed in a travel rail 3 extendedly along the traveling longitudinal direction of the apparatus 10, while a sprocket wheel 66 in mesh with this link chain 81 is pivoted to the traveler 20 via a clutch means which allows only the one-way rotation of the sprocket wheel 66, checking another directional rotation with a one-way clutch. With this one-way clutch, any running back of the suspended conveyor is prevented from occurring.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a suspension carriage device using a linear motor capable of smooth travel and transportation, even if a carrying route has a straight division, curved division, sloped division or the combination thereof. CONSTITUTION:A linear suspension carriage device for travel on a track is constituted of an overhead track and transportation equipment having a carrier body 11 suspended from a travel machine 20 rolling along the track. The travel machine 20 comprises a travel machine unit 22, and is equipped with travel wheels 26 to travel while clamping the track, thrust wheels 28 and lateral pressure wheels 31. In addition, the machine 20 is so mounted as to oscillate following the shape of the track. Also, linear motor stators 13 are laid on the track, and each travel machine unit 22 is fitted with linear motor shift fittings 15.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent coils from being damaged on the insertion, by a method wherein on two confronting sides of shell sections forming coil formers, are provided tapered face sections sloped to the other two sides intersecting said two sides, so that the coil end sections are made thinner. CONSTITUTION:Side plates 28, 29, 33 and the like are provided for both sides of shell sections 27, 32, and on two confronting sides of the shell sections 27, 32, tapered face sections 26, 26', 31, 31' are provided. On the tapered face sections, tapered faces slanting in the direction of the other two sides are arranged to be formed. By winding up the peripheries of these tapered face sections and shell sections with insulating wires 16, windings 35, 36 are arranged to be formed. In this manner, windings on the sections provided with the tapered face sections can be made thinner, and when the sections are used for coil end sections, slot insulating substance can be prevented from being damaged on inserting coils.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent through bolts from resonating, by covering the bolts with elastic material fastening between brackets at both ends of a frame of a rotary electric machine driven by a variable frequency power source, and by inserting the bolts into through parts of a stator core. CONSTITUTION:Openings at both ends of a cylindrical frame 11 of a rotary electric machine driven with a variable frequency power source are blocked by brackets 12 and 13 and fastened with multiple through bolts 14 and nuts 15. The through bolts 14 are covered with covering members 17 made of elastic material and inserted into through parts 16a provided at a stator core 16. Thus, the natural frequency of the through bolts 14 goes up, so that the bolts will not resonate into the power source frequency and suppresses noise even if the bolts 14 come into contact with the through parts 16a.
