    • PURPOSE:To permit stabilized control, capable of coping with external disturbance upon constant output operation and coping quickly with speed changing command upon controlling speed change by a method wherein water supply is controlled by operating the flow rate of steam from the temperature and pressure of the inlet steam of a turbing while the supply of oxidizing agent is controlled by the steam temperature. CONSTITUTION:An operating device 3, into which the temperature signal. of steam at the inlet port of a turbine is inputted from a temperature sensor 2 and a steam pressure signal is inputted from a pressure sensor 1, operates the flow rate G of the steam. A control device 4, which inputs a steam flow rate signal from the operating device 3, opens and/or closes a water control valve 9 to control water supply so as not to generate a difference between the flow rate G of steam and a set flow rate and controls a steam pressure so that it coincides with a set value at all times. The control device 4, which inputs the steam temperature signal from the temperature sensor 2, outputs a control signal to control the flow rate of oxidizing agent, which burns lithium, by opening and/or closing an oxidizing agent control valve 11 and keep the steam temperature at a set value. Water supply of a set flow rate at all times is effected by controlling the water supply to stabilize the flow rate of steam and only when the amount of heat transmission is fluctuated and the steam temperature is fluctuated, the oxidizing agent control valve 11 is regulated to regulate the amount of heat transmission and stabilize the output of the turbine.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen generator capable of generating hydrogen at a high reaction ratio without depending on a water supply output at a reaction temperature lower than that performed conventionally.
      SOLUTION: The hydrogen generator includes a reaction vessel for housing a metallic fuel, a temperature controlling means for controlling the temperature of the metallic fuel, a water supplying means for supplying water to the metallic fuel, and a hydrogen recovering means for recovering hydrogen generated by the reaction of the metallic fuel and the supplied water, wherein the metallic fuel has a shape of any one of a powdery, a granular or a pelletized shape, the temperature for heating the metallic fuel by the temperature controlling means is a melting point of a hydroxide formed by the reaction of the metallic fuel and the supplied water or higher and lower than the melting point of the metallic fuel.
