摘要： PURPOSE:To make improvement in production yield and moldability by adding a specific ether at the time of copolymerizing a monomer for producing a high refractive index resin and a radically polymerizable monomer. CONSTITUTION:The 2-hydroperfluoroalkyl vinyl ether or 2-hydroperfluoroalkyl allyl ether expressed by formula X-O-CnF2nH (where X is CH2=CH- or CH2-CH2; n denotes 2 to 6 integer) is added at the time of copolymerizing the monomer for producing the high refractive index resin and the radically polymerizable monomer. Namely, the phenomena, such as development of the surface active effect to be exhibited by the fluorine compd. by the decrease in the surface energy of the raw material monomer mixture and intensification of the uniformization of the mixture by the generation of convection in a polymn. process, are generated by the addition of the ether. The resin produced in such a manner has the uniform components, is free from polymn. strains, has the excellent moldability and increases the production yield.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain heat generating agent, capable of reducing the pressure resistant strength as well as the weight of a combustor and preventing metal, received in a metallic combustor, from being molten before arriving the peak of combustion, by a method wherein the containing amount of halogenated derivatives of aluminum, perchlorate and alkaline metal is specified. CONSTITUTION:Charge 13 is a composition consisting of 25-60 pts.wt. of aluminum powder, 40-75 pts.wt. of perchlorate, 0.2-5 pts.wt. of halogenated alkaline metal and binder of small amount of rubber and the like while the configuration of the charge 13 is preferably pellet type or block type in order to generate much amount of heat stably. The halogenated derivatives of alkaline metal is employed whereby high pressure, generated upon combustion and reaction, can be reduced and the time of reaction and combustion can be shortened.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the igniting mechanism for a gas generating device for an air bag of a vehicle in which the gas rail is small-sized and gas leak is exceedingly small, so that when a shock value over a prescribed value is detected, a gun hammer collides with the struck surface of a holder for a percussion cap, and the percussion cap is shifted at high speed to a gun hammer needle, and the gun hammer needle is stuck into the gun powder and the gun powder is ignited. CONSTITUTION:A gun hammer 16 is pressed against a percussion cap 7 side by a coil spring 17, and supported by a gun hammer part stopper 18, and held in a potential energy accumulation state. When the shock over a prescribed value is detected by a sensor not shown in the figure, the gun hammer part stopper 18 is pulled up from a gun hammer chamber 12. Then, the gun hammer 16 shifts to the rear edge of a percussion cap holder by the stored potential energy, and collides. Then, the percussion cap 7 shifts to a gun hammer needle 4. Then, the gun hammer needle 4 is stuck into the gun powder 27, which is ignited. The flame reacts with a generating agent, and gas is generated.
