摘要： PURPOSE:To exclude the effect of potential difference between cars and noise and to enable to record the peak value of abnormal voltage and waveform, by providing the differential isolation amplifier, trigger circuit, waveform memory, peak value detector, and waveform and peak value recorder. CONSTITUTION:The signal of trolly wire voltage including the abnormal voltage output from the differential isolation amplifier 14 which can exclude the potential difference between cars the external noise, is input to the peak value detector 9 and also input to the trigger circuit 15 and the waveform memory 16. In the trigger circuit 15, if abnormal voltage is taken place on the trolley line, trigger pulse is produced. In the waveform memory 16, the voltage value of input trolley wire is renewed for the storage over a given time width, and with the input of trigger pulse, the renewal of storage is once stopped, and the stored data before and after the time point is output and it is output and reproduced on the waveform recorder 18. On the other hand, the trigger pulse is fed to the peak value detector 9, the peak value of abnormal voltage measured at the same time is output and recorded on the peak value recorded 10 as numeral.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the insulating intensity of electric installation on the feeding side in a substation by providing a neutral on a feeding side winding using a three-winding transformer and inserting a reactor between said neutral and a rail, in an AT (autotransformer) feeding type transformer for feeding. CONSTITUTION:An AT feeding type substation feeds a voltage, obtained by dividing a feeding voltage generated in its feeding transformer Tr by means of an autotransformer AT, between a trolley line T and a rail R. In this case, a three-winding transformer is used as the feeding transformer Tr, a neutral is provided on a feeding side winding, and a reactor, with which a short-circuit device (e.g., a bypass gap G) is provided in parallel, is inserted between the neutral and the rail R. Thereby, an electri-car current, which flows into the neutral of the transformer Tr is restrained, while the insulating intensity of a feeding side electric installation in the substation is reduced.

Then a neutral point of the secondary winding L and the earth electrode E are connected through a capacitor C to cut off a DC stray current and prevent electrolytic corrosion, and an electric charge always to the capacitor C can be discharged by a high resistor r paralelly provided. Further a parallelly provided discharge unit SG is automatically discharged and short circuited to perform protection by a rise of terminal voltage of the capacitor C at one-line earth fault, from a direct earth circuit for a short time and automatically perform cut off by a feeding circuit protector at the new urban transit system side.

摘要： PURPOSE:To readily reduce an electric noise and undesirable sound caused by separation of a pantograph collector by connecting the secondary windings of main transformers of adjacent AC electric motor vehicles in paralles with each other through a high voltage switch. CONSTITUTION:The respective one terminals of the secondary windings (at approx. 2kV) of main transformers T1, T2 of adjacent electric motor vehicles are connected via the equalizing lines W3 and W4 of a high voltage cable through a high voltage switch S2 which can be operated to open or close itself with light weight in a driver's compartment, and the respective other terminals thereof are electrically connected via the equalizing line W5 of the high voltage cable. Thus, the secondary circuits of pantograph collectors P1 and P2 are connected through leakage reactances of the main transformers T1, T2 to operate in the same manner as the connection of the secondary sides of the pantograph collectors P1, P2 via the equalizing line of a special high voltage cable. Accordingly, it can readily reduce the electric noise and undesirable sound caused by sparks occurred by the separation of the pantograph collectors.

A controller 9 receives train information TI on an electric car position and a load current or the like from the electric rolling stock 1, through which operation for the said condition takes place, and a current power supply 8 is controlled.
