    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL light emitting element that improves the efficiency of current, and also prevents the increase of a drive voltage, even when a plurality of luminescent layers are serially formed through an intermediate layer.
      SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescent light emitting element includes: a transparent electrode 3; a counter electrod 4 arranged oppositely to the transparent electrode 3; an intermediate conductive layer 1; and a plurality of organic luminescent layers 2a and 2b arranged between the transparent electrode 3 and the counter electrod 4 through the intermediate conductive layer 1. The organic electroluminescent light emitting element is characterized in that the intermediate conductive layer 1 contains at least a semiconductor being a matrix component and an additive; and the composition ratio of the matrix component to the additive changes in the film thickness direction.
