    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL display device with high luminous efficiency and excellent visual field angle characteristics, and to provide a full-color device. SOLUTION: The organic EL display device includes a first organic EL element containing first and second reflective electrodes 2, 5 and an organic layer 4 located between the first and the second reflective electrodes 2, 5, a second organic EL element containing a first and a second reflective electrodes 2, 5 and a light-transmitting layer 3 located between the first and the second reflective electrodes 2, 5, and fluorescence conversion films 7G, 7R for converting colors of emission light from the second organic EL element. By adjusting optical film thicknesses L1, L2 of the first and the second organic EL elements, an angle distribution of intensities of emission light from the second organic EL element is made narrower than that of intensities of emission light from the first organic EL element.
