摘要： PURPOSE:To shift ready-mixed concrete from one feeder to another and allow the mass production of concrete secondary products without any waste of concrete by providing a flow passage selector valve within a transport tube from one ready-mixed concrete feeder to a product form for receiving the concrete or within a form. CONSTITUTION:The first flow passage selector valves 46a to 46c are provided between feeders 43a to 43c capable of concurrently feeding ready-mixed concrete MC to a plurality of product forms 65a to 65c, and the second flow passage selector valves 50a to 50c. Furthermore, an emergency ready-mixed concrete feeder 45 is provided between the valves 46a to 46c and the feeders 43a to 43c. Also, the selector valve 46b is changed over when the concrete MC cannot be placed continuously into a transport tube led from the feeder 43b to the product form 65b for receiving the concrete MC or into a form, thereby shifting remaining concrete MC to another feeder 43c via the feeder 45. According to this construction, the ready-mixed concrete MC can be continuously placed, thereby allowing the efficient mass production of concrete secondary products.

Also, a mixture of high fluid concrete is determined by a torque determining device 46, and then by a supplemental admixture quantity calculator 50, a quantity 25 of the admixture to be supplemented to the high fluid concrete is obtained based on the data 49 stored in a data memorizing device 48, and further a quantity of an admixture 25 is supplemented for making a state of the workability proper with respect to the high fluid concrete by actuating a flow rate controlling valve 22 in use of an admixture supplementing controller 52.

摘要： PURPOSE:To dispense with the manual work for compaction or the like by arranging reinforcing bars, covering the whole face with a formwork freely assembled or disassembled and having an injection port and a vent hole, pressing and filling ultra-fluid concrete into it, and applying heat curing. CONSTITUTION:The whole face of arranged reinforcing bars 15 is covered with a whole formwork 10 constituted of a bottom plate 11, side plates 12, and a top plate 13 and freely assembled or disassembled. The whole formwork 10 is provided with a concrete injection port 14 and a vent hole. The ultra-fluid concrete 30 mixed by a mixer 21 is put into a force feed device 23 constituted of an automatic placer or a concrete pump. The ultra-fluid concrete 30 is force- fed to the injection port 14 in the pressurized state so that the concrete 30 is filled to all corners in the whole formwork 10. The concrete 30 is applied with heat curing, the expansion pressure of the bubbles and water in the concrete 30 is suppressed, and the period required for the curing process is shortened. The manual work requiring much labor is eliminated, and the cost of a precast concrete product can be reduced.
