摘要： PURPOSE:To automatically manufacture a secondary product of concrete so as to save labor by controlling operations of a ready-mixed concrete conveying device and ready-mixed concrete supply systems based on a data signal, a manufacturing item setting signal and a ready-mixed concrete request signal. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of ready-mixed concrete supply systems 68 and 69 are constituted by providing a group of feeders 44 consisting of a plurality of ready-mixed concrete feeders 43a-43c and a non-normal service ready-mixed concrete feeders 45 and connecting each of the feeders 43a-43c to product formworks 65a-65c, 70a, 70b in which the ready-mixed concrete is to be placed through first and second passage switching valves 46a-46c and 50a-50c. A data memory device 71 outputs a placing quantity of the ready-mixed concrete and a placing speed for each manufacturing formwork to be used for manufacturing various kinds of secondary products as a data signal. A product item setting device 72 outputs a product item setting signal based on the number of the secondary products to be manufactured and the arrangement of the formworks. Ready-mixed concrete requesting devices 73 and 77 are provided. Based on the outputs from these devices, a ready-mixed concrete conveying device 2 and the ready-mixed concrete supply systems 68 and 69 are controlled.

摘要： PURPOSE:To recover residual component efficiently without generating condensation of the low boiling point component by pressure reducing and evaporating the component having boiling point lower than that of extracted water while hot water is circulated in cakes, condensing and recovering said vapor component. CONSTITUTION:When a component H (example: normal hexane) extractable by hot water C and having the boiling point lower than that of water is recovered from cakes B, the component H is extracted into the hot water C by heat circulating the hot water E of a water tank 19 in the cakes B inside a filter 17, and simultaneously the circulating hot water C is returned to the hot water tank 19. Then, the hot water E in the hot water tank 19 is reduced in its pressure to the pressure level with which the component H can be evaporated by a vacuum suction device 26, and the component H is evaporated. Said evaporated component H is agglomerated by a condenser 25 and recovered. As a result, the residual component H (example: normal hexane) in the cakes can be extracted and recovered efficiently by using the hot water causing no deterioration of a component I to be recovered (Example: oil content).
