The current is sequentially carried to all the devices in the plant for 0.3 second at the same voltage as a voltage during a normal operation. The device whose leakage current is detected by a ground leakage relay is identified as the ground leakage location when the current is carried.

      SOLUTION: The mobile concrete pump having the boom is constructed by mounting a revolving frame 4 on a deck on the rear of the cab 1, and arranging the multi-stage boom 5 for supporting concrete feeding pipes 12, on the revolving frame. Then a support base 23 consisting of a laterally extending bar 24 and side bars 26 protruding diagonally rearward from both edges of the bar and each having a progressively declining upper surface, is arranged on a roof 1a of the cab 1. Further tape switches 27a, 27b are arranged on the bar 24 and the side bars 26 via cushioning members 28. When the multi-stage boom 5 is controlled to carry out forward falling operation or rotating operation, if the boom abuts on the tape switches 27a, 27b, a control section immediately halts contractive motion of a lower-stage boom derricking hydraulic cylinder 7 and rotary motion of the revolving frame 4, and therefore boom operation of the multi-stage boom 5 is immediately halted at the time of abutting on the tape switches 27a, 27b, to thereby prevent the boom from interfering with the cab 1.
