    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the frictional abrasion of the rotating part against the lining material and prevent it from choking and improve the usability, in a lining device for tunnels projecting the lining material to an excavated wall face thereof. SOLUTION: A mixing means 2 mixing a lining material and an accelerating agent is provided with a vertical and cylindrical casing 5, a supply opening 9a for the lining material made on the upper part of the casing 5, a feeder 11 for the accelerating agent, an axial member 6 arranged at the central line of the casing, and a plurality of agitating members 7 radially projected from the axial member 6. The lower end opening 5c of the casing arranged between the inner ends of a plurality of blades 20 peripherally set in order forming the rotary projecting means 3 to shoot the lining material mixed with the accelerating agent and formed as the outlet of the mixing means, is opened downward toward the inner end of the blades with a specified distance from the inner end of the blades.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a uniformly thick earth retaining lining layer on an excavated inner wall of a shaft smoothly and accurately and efficiently as well. SOLUTION: A shaft inner wall lining device is designed to line an excavated inner wall of a shaft which is substantially over-shaped in a cross section, with a cement-based earth retaining material. A material supply means 4 and a vertically-shaped drop pipe 3 are provided on the lower part of a material tank 2 which houses an earth retaining material hangingly supported in the shaft so that it may rise. A rotary shaft 21 provided with a plurality of agitation members 6 at the center line position of the drop pipe 3 where the agitation members 6 are projected in the radial direction so as to mix the earth retaining material with a set accelerating agent jetted from a nozzle 5. The lower end of this rotary shaft is connected to the central part of an impeller 7 which ejects the earth retaining material at the excavated inner wall of the shaft with a centrifugal force. The rotary shaft is turned, interlocking with the impeller 7. In addition to that, a vibrator 19 is laid out on a rubber board 18 provided to block a hole 17 bored in the side wall of the material tank.

    • PURPOSE:To construct a tunnel of large and flat cross section with high workability and economically. CONSTITUTION:Pilot tunnels 3b and 3b are drilled in advance and side wall concretes 33 and 33 are placed therein. A shield device 5 having a front end 6a sloping in such state as set back from the top end of a hull 6 to right and left lower sections is installed and supported on the concretes 33 and 33 via support shoes 10 and 10 formed on right and left lower sections. Then, the shield device 5 is placed in front of a tunnel face 2a in such state as placed in each pilot tunnel 3b. Thereafter, the tunnel face 2a is excavated, while a foot 7 being projected to support a tunnel wall, with the device 5 inclined at an angle alpha approximately equal to the angle of the repose of the natural ground 2. Then, an upper half annular segment ring 15 is erected in tunnel space 3 in such sate as following the device 5 and laid on the concretes 33 and 33, thereby constructing a lining body 30.
