At this stage, the claw 74 is closed and lowered by the stroke S3 together with a bar 66. At the lowered end, the second movable claw 74 from the lower side of the bar 66 is locked to the lower end part of the transfer body 16 supported by the fixed claw 84 provided at the lower end of the frame 18, and a claw 74 at the lowest end is locked to a transfer body 16 in an ascending position A2 so as to lift this transfer body 16 to a one-stroke upper stage by the ascending motion of the bar 66.

    • PURPOSE:To form a uniform spot pattern layer by arranging a plate body so as to cover a base layer and sliding a measure body on the surface of this plate body while the measure body is not directly slid on the already formed base layer. CONSTITUTION:A powdery raw material is filled into the molded recess 26 of a tile 10 and thereby a base layer 14 is formed. Thereafter a plate body having many through-holes 36 provided at uniform density is arranged so as to cover the whole surface of the base layer 14. A measure body 34 holds the spot material consisting of great granular powder for forming a spot to the inside thereof and has a downward opening. This measure body 34 is slid on the upper face of the plate body and thereby the spot material is allowed to fall on the surface of the base layer 14 through the downward opening and the through-holes 36 of the plate body. A layer 22 is laminated which has pre scribed thickness and is made of the spot material. This laminated body 22 is compressed and molded and thereafter roasted. Thereby the spot layer 22 is uniformly formed at uniform thickness and also such a problem is avoided that the small particles forming the base layer 4 are floated out on the spot layer 22.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a method in which a wet extrusion molded tile can be cut well, chamfering of cut face corners can be carried out simultaneously at the time of cutting and a protruded spacer section for protecting the corners being brought into contact with other components can be formed on the cut surface. CONSTITUTION:A tile molding 10 is passed through a couple of rotating disks 16 located up and down and cut by the rotating disks 16. Chamfering sections 24 for chamfering surface side corners of a cut surface of the tile molding 10 are provided on the rotating disks 16, and sections between a blade section 18 of minimum wall thickness for notching formed in the given width of radius direction of an outer peripheral end and a chamfering section 24 are formed into thick wall section 20 protruding slightly on both surfaces of the rotating disks 16, and the chamfering of above corners is carried out simultaneously with the cutting of the tile molding 10, and also the cut surface is formed into the step shape by means of the thick wall section at the same time.
