摘要： PURPOSE:To considerably reduce manufacturing cost by a method wherein a plate is made of a wear resisting ceramic material to provide such a long life that the plate replacement can be minimized and a continuous operation for a long period of hours is made possible. CONSTITUTION:An intermediate mold 8 is made of ceramic material with one end positioned in a space part 20 defining a tile forming part made up on a plate 3 and the other end fastened to a base part 12 formed of metal material with bolts 15. The end of the base part 12 on the opposite side of the intermediate mold 8 is fastened to an approximately central part of a U-shaped supporting member 14 with bolts 24. Both the end parts of the U-shaped supporting member 14 are fastened with bolts 25 to the inner ends of a vacuum extrusion molder for a mouthpiece 2. By this arrangement, the regions of the plate 3 and the mouthpiece 2 coming in direct contact with a clayey material are made of the ceramic material excellent in wear resistance. Therefore, the wear of the plate 3 and the mouthpiece 2 due to the clayey material can be minimized.

Further, the support 26 extending forwardly from the support bar 24 is integrally molded together with them and the front end part of the support 26 is fixed to an attaching plate 30 and the base part 32 of an outer mold 14 through an attaching block. The position of the support 26 in forward and rearward directions can be regulated.

摘要： PURPOSE:To uniformize the density of a tile raw material and to prevent deformation such as surface warpage by forming the inner surface corresponding to the thickness direction of a tile of a mold attaching bowl into an expanded surface expanding toward the center of the bowl so as to form a circular arc cross-sectional shape. CONSTITUTION:A round-square bowl 12 is attached to the leading end of the main body of a wet extrusion molding machine and a mold attaching bowl 14 is fixed to the leading end of the round-square bowl 12. A plate 22 is provided to the front end of the mold attaching bowl 14 and a mold is attached to the plate 22. The inner surface shape of the mold attaching bowl 14 has a hand drum-shaped cross section. That is, both upper and lower surfaces corresponding to the thickness direction of a tile of the bowl are formed into circular arc-shaped expanded surfaces 28 expanding toward the center of the bowl and the left and right surfaces thereof are set to straight surfaces 30. Therefore, a phenomenon such that the density of a raw material is high on the outer peripheral side in the thickness direction of the tile and low at the center part thereof at the time of extrusion molding is effectively suppressed and the density of the raw material is uniformized as a whole and deformation such as surface warpage at the time of baking can be prevented and the dimensional and configurational accuracy of the tile can be enhanced.
