摘要： PURPOSE:To transfer even large-size ceramic plates vertically without damaging them so as to enable the desirable connection of a production line by transferring each conveyed plate, carried on a delivery roller, onto each stage shelf by a transfer body, and conveying it upward when it becomes full. CONSTITUTION:A transfer body 16 with the lower end locking part 64 thereof supported by the movable claw 74 of a second auxiliary cylinder 24 is positioned as a whole on the lower side of a delivery roller 46 and lifted by a minute stroke in this stage. Then a ceramic plate 15 on the roller 46 is transferred onto the uppermost stage shelf 56 of a supporting frame 50 in the transfer body 16 and also lifted by the minute quantity. A new ceramic plate 15 is then conveyed onto the roller 46 through the uppermost stage gap 54 of the frame 50 in the transfer body 16. Afterwards, the transfer body 16 is fed inch by inch upward by a minute stroke by the cylinder 24. The ceramic plate 15 on the roller 46 is thereby transferred onto the second stage shelf 56 of the frame 50 in the transfer body 16.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent a large-sized tile from development of cracking by transferring the tiles onto a pallet using a transferring device including a lift device when the tile is to be moved from the pre-process to the post-process in a tile manufacturing line. CONSTITUTION:A large-sized tile 10 fed by a roller conveyor 12 is placed on a conveyor device 14 and passed forward with traveling of a conveyor belt. When the tile 10 reaches a specified place, a pallet 18 positioned under the conveyor device 14 is raised by an elevating/sinking member together with a movable rail piece. Therein the tile 10 on the conveyor device 14 is transferred onto a support bar. The pallet 18 on which the tile 10 is placed is sent for a drying room 24 of a roller hearth kiln 22. The pallet 18 is discharged from the drying room 24 and transferred onto another conveyor device 32 at over stage by a transferring device 30, while emptied pallet 18 is sunk by a sinking device 36 and sent back to the right along the transport path in the lower stage.

Then a certain sink is made at the advancing end or in its neighborhood, and the tile 10 on the fork is placed on a stationary conveyor device 27.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress fusion welding between ceramics and a support member by burning the ceramics in a burning furnace while the ceramics are placed on the support member made of a heat-resistant alloy. SOLUTION: A number of tiles 12 being piled up in a stage shape on a setter 10 by a spacer 14 are inserted into a burning furnace, and are burned under specific burning conditions. An alloy is appropriately selected according to the burning conditions of the tile 12. When the tile 12 is burned, the fusion welding between the tile and a spacer 14 as a support member can be suppressed. Even when partial fusion welding occurs, a fusion welding part can be easily peeled. because of great difference in the thermal coefficient of expansion between the tile 12 and the spacer 14 made of a heat-resistant alloy. Also, the spacer 14 has a high heat conductivity. Therefore, when the tile 12 is burned by the spacer 14, less heat energy is required on burning, thus reducing burning costs.
