The corner panel part 26 is made of the synthetic resin, so that it is secured that the corner is rounded for providing a gentle external appearance. If the machine chamber 20 is required to change the dimension, this carriage can easily responds thereto at low cost by just changing the dimension of the metal circumferential panels 21-23 and using the corner panel part 26 in common. The manufacturing of a large synthetic resin panel becomes unnecessary to greatly reduce installation cost such as a metal mold.
