With driving of a fan F, warm air is blown and flows downward to each duct 62 to 64 to make a circulation current of blowing out from a lower end and rising within the warm storage chamber. Warm air blown into each duct 62 to 64 in this case flows properly to an adjacent duct through the communication part 9 and simultaneously flows down smoothly without stopping in the middle. Thus, the temperature of the heater panel 6 is kept to be uniform through the whole surface.
