    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel shut-off valve capable of almost eliminating fuel that flows from a through hole to a canister side through the inside of a case member even if the fuel in the fuel tank is largely waved.
      SOLUTION: The fuel shut-off valve has the case member having a lower opening communicated with the inside of the fuel tank and an upper opening communicated with the canister and having the through hole on a side; a cap member for covering an upper side of the case member; a float provided in the case member and having a valve at an upper side; and a bottom member for covering a lower side of the case member. A first shutting-off member having a clearance between the through hole and it and covering the through hole from an upper direction and a second shutting-off member having a clearance between the through hole and it and covering the through hole from a lower direction are provided.

SOLUTION: In this welding structure between the fuel tank formed by laminating a resin inner shell and a resin outer shell via a fuel permeation preventing layer and the resin part fixed on the fuel tank, the resin part is formed by a body made of resin with low permeability for hydrocarbon, a packing with low permeability for hydrocarbon fixed on the body and resin inserted/molded in at least a connecting part of the fuel tank and weldable with the fuel tank.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel flow prevention valve capable of preventing fuel from flowing to a canister before a valve element contacts with a valve seat by restraining the fluidization of the fuel generated at the time of start, stop or turn and flowing in a fuel flow prevention valve.
      SOLUTION: This fuel flow prevention valve has a casing at least one part of which is positioned in a fuel tank, a float provided in a space in the casing movably upward and downward, a valve element provided at a top of the float and contacting with a valve seat formed on the casing, and a ventilation hole formed at the casing and making the space communicate with the fuel tank. In this valve, a top wall is formed on the inner periphery of the casing and on the outer periphery of the float so as to make the fuel entering from the ventilation hole collide with the top wall.
