    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical vibration control device for a railway vehicle capable of excellently tilting a vehicle body and controlling vertical vibration of the vehicle body in response to speeding-up of railway vehicles, and capable of assisting the vehicle body to tilt.
      SOLUTION: The railway vehicle is provided with the vehicle body 3 supported on a bogie 1 through pneumatic springs 2, and a vehicle body tilting device for tilting the vehicle body 3 with the amount of extension and shrinkage of the pneumatic springs 2. A control unit 12, to which results of detection by acceleration detecting means 11a and 11b for detecting vertical vibration acceleration of the vehicle body 3 are input for control, controls an upper and a lower hydraulic actuators 10a and 10b based on a signal compensating the control input to restrict vibration of the vehicle body 3. A selector valve is provided to communicate or shut each of hydraulic pressure chambers of the upper and the lower hydraulic actuators 10a and 10b.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle capable of improving riding comfortability of a vehicle body by suppressing transmission of vibration such that the vehicle body does not sensitively react relative to a large irregularity amount from a track.
      SOLUTION: The railway vehicle has a structure having the vehicle body 3 supported on a truck 4 by an air spring 2 or a vibration-proof rubber; and a left/right movement stopper rubber 8 arranged between the vehicle body and the truck, arranged so as to have a space between a central pin 9 projected to a lower part of the vehicle body and the truck and suppressing left/right movement. A left/right clearance of the central pin 9 and the left/right movement stopper rubber 8 is made variable and spring constant in a left/right direction of the air spring or the vibration-proof rubber is softened. Further, the left/right clearance of the central pin and the left/right movement stopper rubber is made variable according to the track state or speed information. Thereby, transmission of vibration from the truck to the vehicle body at linear traveling can be suppressed and vehicle gauge at curved line traveling and construction gauge are not further committed.

      SOLUTION: This vibration control device for a railway vehicle is structured of a hydraulic actuator provided in parallel with an air spring between a bogie and a car body supported on the bogie through springs, the hydraulic source for supplying hydraulic medium for operating the hydraulic actuator, the hydraulic medium to be supplied from the hydraulic source to the hydraulic actuator, an electric motor for controlling the hydraulic medium, an acceleration detecting means for detecting vibration acceleration of the car body, and a control unit for controlling the electric motor by compensating control input to restrict vibration of the car body with a result of detection by the acceleration detecting unit as the control input. Each of hydraulic chambers of the hydraulic actuator are communicated with each other through a throttle means, and a plurality of actuators, which are respectively formed of the electric motor and a two-way pump, are arranged to be separately controlled.

      SOLUTION: The railroad car driving system is furnished with a power supply car 1 having a power generating means 40 and an electricity accumulating means 50 and enables the operation in the electric car formation in the non-electrified division by transmitting and receiving the electric power from the power supply car 1 to the electric car formation 2 so that the rail-car vehicles are replaced.
