    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system whereby a battery charging operation is surely carried out even when a child or an elderly person possesses a mobile type slave unit and to provide a system whereby a sure contact can be obtained from the mobile unit for a response to an important and particular instruction such as tracing of missing people even when the residual capacity of battery is decreased.
