SOLUTION: The fuel waste liquid theft prevention system is provided with a reformer for reforming organic fuel with at least hydrogen occluded therein and a waste liquid recovery tank for storing the waste liquid produced in the reformation of the organic fuel in the reformer.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide stable power to an electric power system while operating efficiently a load (or a power storage device or a generator) attached to the wind generator.
      SOLUTION: A wind generator 2, which is driven by a windmill 1, a load 5 connected to this, a multi-split type chopper 4 for separating two or more loads into two or more blocks and performing split control for every block, and a controller 6 for feeding a stabilized portion of the power generator to an electric power system 7 and a variation portion to the load are provided. A load control unit 10 determines an injection number of blocks of loads based on the wind velocity and the number of power generator revolutions and controls the load multi-split type chopper 4. A generator controller 20 compensates the rotation speed at the maximum efficiency operation point calculated from the maximum wind velocity based on the compensation value calculated by a speed adjustment unit 21 so that an effective power command value of the wind generator is calculated through a filter.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electric machine that has improved demagnetization resistance of permanent magnets and prevents output from declining as possible.SOLUTION: The rotary electric machine comprises: a shaft 6; a rotor 2 which rotates together with the rotation of the shaft 6 and comprises permanent magnets 3; and a stator 1 which is placed facing to the outer diameter side of the rotator 2 with a clearance from the rotator 2. The rotary electric machine further comprises demagnetization protection conductors 7 which extend in the axis direction of the shaft 6 and are placed inside of the rotator 2. A pair of demagnetization protection conductors 7 is provided per magnetic pole of the rotator 2 and the pair of demagnetization protection conductors 7 is electrically connected with each other. The demagnetization protection conductors 7 are placed at an adjacent different pole side rather than a permanent magnet 3 end close to another permanent magnet 3 in the same magnetic pole in a circumferential direction of the rotator 2 inside of the rotator 2.
