    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide stable power to an electric power system while operating efficiently a load (or a power storage device or a generator) attached to the wind generator.
      SOLUTION: A wind generator 2, which is driven by a windmill 1, a load 5 connected to this, a multi-split type chopper 4 for separating two or more loads into two or more blocks and performing split control for every block, and a controller 6 for feeding a stabilized portion of the power generator to an electric power system 7 and a variation portion to the load are provided. A load control unit 10 determines an injection number of blocks of loads based on the wind velocity and the number of power generator revolutions and controls the load multi-split type chopper 4. A generator controller 20 compensates the rotation speed at the maximum efficiency operation point calculated from the maximum wind velocity based on the compensation value calculated by a speed adjustment unit 21 so that an effective power command value of the wind generator is calculated through a filter.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize wind energy effectively and suppress variation of generated power, by cooperatively operating a load or a generator for adjusting inertia energy generated by variation of speed of the wind generator and the speed of the wind generator in a rotation speed range with good efficiency of power generation.
      SOLUTION: There are provided a windmill 1; a wind generator 2; a wind generator driving device 3 having a power generator side transducer 31 for converting AC output of the wind generator to DC output and a system side transducer 32 for converting the DC output to AC output and controlling the wind generator; and a load 6 (or power generator) connected to the wind generator 2. In addition, there are provided a load control unit 8 for adjusting gradually a load input of a load 6 (or a generator output of the power generator) while detecting rotational speed of the wind generator 2, and a generator side controller 4 for detecting the total output of the wind generator 2 and the load 6 (or the generator) and stabilizing the AC output of the wind generator 2.
