摘要： PURPOSE:To smoothly control normal, reverse rotation by providing two sets of magnetic sensors for normal and reverse rotations, and so disposing the sensors that the interval between the sensors is equal to the angle of the protrusion shape of a core, i.e., the internal between adjacent permanent magnets. CONSTITUTION:Two pole position sensors 2a, 2b are so disposed by separating them by an interval between the adjacent permanent magnets of a rotor that the deviation angle of the adjacent sensors of the sensors 2a, 2b is set to the same as a rotary phase deviation angle beta. The first pole sensor 2a mounted in a motor 1 is used for normal rotation time, and the second pole sensor 2b is used for reverse rotation time. Any of the sensors 2a, 2b is selected by a sensor switching circuit 13, and input to a position, speed controller 5 to smoothly control the normal and reverse rotations.

摘要： PURPOSE:To increase a torque at the time of start by interposing a protrusion partly protruding from a rotor core between permanent magnets, and differentiating the widths from the pitch of the slots of a stator. CONSTITUTION:The rotor 101 of a permanent magnet type synchronous motor is composed of permanent magnets 102, a rotor core 103, a motor shaft 105, etc. In this case, protrusions 103A (4 positions) partly protruding from the outer periphery of the core 103 made of a high permeability material are interposed between the magnets 102. The outer periphery of the protrusion 103A is disposed in the same plane as those of the outer peripheries of the magnets 102. The protrusion 103A is composed of a laminated silicon steel plate of the same material as that of the core 103, and has higher permeability than that of the magnet 102. Thus, the protrusion 103A has a magnetism collecting effect to increase the quantity of magnetic fluxes to a stator when a large current flows. As a result, torque characteristic is improved, and a cogging torque is decreased.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent an abnormal temperature rise and a burnout by providing a temperature fuse and a current fuse in parallel with a relay switch and in series with a resistor. CONSTITUTION:A rectifier power source circuit has an AC power source 1, a diode 2 and a capacitor 3. A resistor 4 for suppressing a rush current to the capacitor 3 is provided, and a switch (relay switch) 6a is so connected in parallel with the resistor as to short-circuit the resistor 4 through a controller 5 connected to the output side of the power source circuit after the capacitor is charged. In this case, a temperature fuse 10 and a current fuse 11 are provided in parallel with the switch 6a and in series with the resistor 4. Thus, the abnormal temperature rise of the resistor 4 when the switch 6a is abnormally operated is suppressed by the fuse 10, and a large current is suppressed by the fuse 11, thereby preventing the abnormal temperature rise and its burnout.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent malfunction and runaway of a motor by taking out the pulsating component of current(voltage), and by discriminating the abnormal state of the breaking of the wires of an encoder through the zero rotation output of the encoder and the information of the existence of the pulsating component of the motor. CONSTITUTION:By a controlling circuit 1 and a driving circuit 2, a motor 3 is driving-controlled. To the controlling circuit 1, the input of detecting signal via a waveform shaping circuit 6 from an encoder 4 and a current detector 5 is provided, and the input of speed command from an external section is provided. Then, the waveform shaping circuit 6 is composed of a capacitor 7, resistors 8-9, and a comparator 10, and from the output of the comparator 10, rectangular-waveform output is obtained. When the output of the current detector 5 includes no pulsating component, then the output of the comparator 10 is turned into direct current determined by the voltage dividing resistors 8-9, and so by providing the input of the direct current to the controlling circuit 1 and processing the input, the existence of the pulsating component of motor current can be detected.
