    • PURPOSE: To suppress variation in magnetic force due to a machined and varied layer and improve the characteristic of a valve by hardening the contact surfaces of a stopper which restrains the traveling distance of a ball valve and a plate provided in an integrated form with said ball valve, and substantially separating said contact surfaces from a part that forms a magnetic circuit.
      CONSTITUTION: In the captioned valve, a magnetic path is formed on the outer periphery of a coil wound on a bobbin, by means of a yoke, core, and a stopper 4, and a disk type plate 11 which is formed in an integrated form with a ball valve, to open the ball valve by means of electromagnetic force caused by the application of a current to the coil. The distance of opening of the ball valve is adjusted by varying the thickness of a ring 5, and a nozzle guide 6 is piled on it and clamped at the lower end part of the yoke. Contact parts 200, 201 of convex hardened layers, are provided on the stopper 4 and the plate 11 respectively. And, a magnetic circuit is formed via the opposite surfaces 202, 203 of the stopper 4 and the plate 11. Accordingly, contact is not made at a space 204 which forms the magnetic circuit at the time of opening and closing operation of the ball valve and, therefore, a machined and varied layer is not created.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration in performance accompanying a vapor trouble at the time of high temp. by forming an inner wall face which restricts a fuel flow so as to advance straight to an injector, inside a connecting passage which is provided nearly perpendicular to a fuel passage. CONSTITUTION:Fuel from a fuel introducing pipe 6 is branched off by a connecting passage 9 and flows into annular space parts 8(8') around injectors 5. The fuel is restricted to flow nearly in the perpendicular direction due to the opposite wall 11 of the connecting passage 9, straightly advancing in the direction directly in front of the injector 5. And, the flow of the fuel is divided into two near the installed position of the injector in an annular space part 8(i'), one flowing into a fuel inlet site 5b to be injected from a nozzle. The fuel in the annular space part 8(8') which is not injected flows as shown by the arrow, being sent into a fuel pressure regulator via a flow out passage. Thereby, it is prevented that a lot of vapor convergently flows into the injector, preventing deterioration in operating performance due to a vapor trouble at the time of high temp. while also preventing deterioration in restarting property.
