    • PURPOSE:To enable common use of a standard control circuit by disposing an insulator, projecting the conductor from one end, in a gap between the inner circumferential wall of an armature core and an alternator coil and employing the conductor as an electrical connecting means. CONSTITUTION:Slot wedges 14, 15 are inserted into a gap between an alternator coil 10a wound around an armature core 10 and the opening 10b of an armature core slot. The slot wedge 14 comprises an insulator wedge body 14a and a conducting joint metal 14b formed integrally with the wedge body 14a, and the joint metal 14b is projecting from one end of the wedge body 14a. The wedge body 15 is constructed similarly, and a joint metal 15b is projecting from the opposite ends of a wedge body 15a. The joint metals 14b, 15b constitute electrical connecting means between the alternator coil 10a and a commutator 11 and between a field coil 8 and a voltage regulator 12, respectively.

    • PURPOSE:To provided an ignition system in which ignition is impossible in reverse by holding a voltage at the gate of the thyristor for some period after pulser voltage has bocome naught (O). CONSTITUTION:As the engine turns, the output signale of the pulser 6 causes current flows through the gate of the thyristor which in turn causes the condenser 3 to discharge its stored energy; that is, sparks then jump across the spark plug electrodes. As the output wave from the pulser 6 bocomes zero (O), as in all, the energy stored in the ignition condenser 26 is discharged through the resisters 23 and 25, there being a constant flow of current through the gate of thyristor 5. When a voltage B11 is built up and bocomes higher than the charging voltage of the condenser-tunneling voltage of tunneling diode 27, the diode 27 is broken down, discharging the stored energy rapidly. Accordingly, the voltage of current flowing through the gate of the thyristor 5 becomes zero (O).

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure and method capable of preventing local heat radiation and metallically jointing a wire with insulation coating and a conductor member without removing an insulation coating of the wire, a rotary electric machine with the connection structure, and an AC generator using the same.
      SOLUTION: By applying pressure and electricity by an electrode of resistance welding, a current is made to flow to radiate heat, with which, a coating of the wire with the insulation coating is softened, and released, and the wire with the insulation coating and the conductor member can be metallically jointed by a connection supporting member. By using this connection structure and the connection method, the stabilization of a jointing process and connection quality can be attained.

CONSTITUTION:In the range between t0 and t2 where the engine speed is low, the time in said range is long, so the voltage VC at a point C reaches a standard voltage VG at the intermediate time t1, and the output VD of a comparator 28 is shortcircuited before a standard voltage VH is reached, and a power transistor is cut-off by the output supplied from an ignition position control circuit, and ignition is performed. When the engine speed exceeds a set value, the output VD of the comparator 28 does not lower to L and charged, and at the time when the output VD reaches the standard voltage VH, the output VJ of a comparator 33 becomes H, and spark F is suspended. At this time, VJ increases, and also VD increases through a condenser 32, and operation is stabilized because positive feedback is applied. As the number of revolution increases and reduces, an over-revolution preventing circuit 20 operates, and the stop and recovery of spark are repeated.
