    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter structure for a water infiltration inlet which makes a filter storage container surely bonded and fitted into an infiltration cylinder, enables the filter storage container to be pulled out with ease, hardly causes the deformation or offset of a filter, facilitates the storage and takeout of the filter, and is advantageous to maintenance, and simplified in constitution. SOLUTION: In the filter structure for the water infiltration inlet, respective openings of two-part split bodies of upper and lower frame bodies 11 and 12 which have approximately lateral U-shaped longitudinal cross sections and peripheries of which are inclined, face each other in the filter which is arranged at the upper end of the infiltration cylinder 4 erected in an opening of a bottom plate 7 of a water inlet 2, the filter storage container 10 for housing the filter 20 is constituted in both the frame bodies, a radially-protruded flange 13 is formed in the opening of each of the frame bodies, a support 17 with a bolt hole is formed in the central portion of each of the frame bodies, a bolt 23, which has a hook fitting 22 locked to an upper end, and is inserted through both the bolt holes, the hook fitting abuts on the one end of the support, and a tip of the bolt is tightened at the other end of the support by a nut 25.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of solid separation in a heavy metal treatment apparatus using porous concrete.
      SOLUTION: The heavy metal treatment apparatus 1 includes; a pretreatment tank 2 for separating the solid contained in a liquid flowing thereinto; and a heavy metal treatment tank 3 for separating heavy metals contained in the liquid flowing out of the pretreatment tank 2. The pretreatment tank 2 includes: a partition plate 25 for partitioning the inside of the pretreatment tank into an inflow chamber 5 and an outflow chamber 6; an inflow part 5a formed in the inflow chamber 5; and an outflow part 6a formed in the outflow chamber 6. Guidance parts 9, 9a for turning over the liquid to form a whirling current vertically are arranged in the inflow chamber 5. A screen 8 is arranged on the partition plate 25 along the side face of the whirling current. The heavy metal treatment tank 3 includes a supply chamber 11 and a discharge chamber 12 partitioned by a porous concrete body 10. A supply part 11a formed in the supply chamber 11 communicates with the outflow part 6a and a discharge part 12a is formed in the discharge chamber 12. When the liquid is discharged from the supply chamber side to the discharge chamber side through the porous concrete body, the heavy metals included in the liquid is separated.
