The permeation structure also has a tubular member buried in the soil at least up to a depth 1 m from a ground surface or deeper and a permeation section which is stored in the tubular member and buried in the soil deeper than the tubular member. The tubular member has no opening section on a wall surface thereof. The permeation section is configured to be a bag-like member which is made of a permeable sheet and filled with crashed rocks as well as other gravel.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress occurrence of discharge to water droplets falling from dust collection electrodes in a vertical wet type crossflow electric precipitator.
