Furthermore, an endless chain 11 fitted with backets 10 is wound and is allowed to contact freely movably among a sprocket wheel 8 which is fixed on the floor surface over said chamber and driven at the upper part over water, plural intermediate sprocket wheels 9, and said wheels 6, 7 and a wire 12' from a lifting apparatus 12 is joined to said link 3.

    • PURPOSE:To render exaust gas from the primary combustion chamber harmless through thorough contact of with a high temperature flame with the proper inclination of a flue communicating the primary and secondary combustion chambers while the burner flame of the secondary combustion chamber is made roughly parallel or inclined at a small angle in the direction. CONSTITUTION:The primary and secondary combustion chambers 10 and 11 are communicated to each other with a flue, which is inclined at about 10 to 45 deg. with respect to vertical of the secondary combustion chamber 11. Additionally, a burner 16 of the secondary combustion chamber 11 is so arranged that the extension of the flue 12 crosses with the root of the flame 17 while the flame is inclined down toward the flue 12. Consequently, exhaust gas generated in the primary combustion chamber 10 reaches the secondary combustion chamber 11 via the flue where unburned components of the exhaust gas is burned by the flame 17 of the burner 16 completely. In this manner, odor and poisonous gas can be thermally decomposed completely thereby eliminating pollution.

    • PURPOSE:To certainly secure a slide shoe to a bracket and to reduce slide resistance thereof with a rail, by a method wherein the slide shoe is made of synthetic resin and a ridge or a protruded seat is provided to a holding rib in a protruded state to be flexibly inlaid with a bracket and to be brought into contact therewith under pressure. CONSTITUTION:A bracket 15 is fixedly secured to a scraper plate so as to be contacted with the front surface and the upper surface or the lower surface thereof in the side of the advancing direction thereof. To the bracket 15, a support rib 16 provided with a ridge 16A having a curved surface formed to the corner part of the inner surface side thereof is provided in a protruded state and a slide shoe 17 provided with a holding rib 18 having a rib 18A inlaid with said rib 16A in a protruded state is inlaid. The slide shoe 17 comprising synthetic resin equipped with airtight water resistance and elasticity such as nylon and, to the upper surface of the holding rib 18, a ridge 21 contacted with the rail opposed surface of the bracket 15 under pressure when inlaid between support ribs 16 of the bracket 15 is provided in a protruded state in parallelly arranged relation thereto in the almost same direction as said rib 18. Therefore, the holding rib 18 is closely contacted with the support rib 16 even if said rib 16 is slightly deformed and more strongly contacted with the ridge 21 under pressure.

    • PURPOSE:To stabilize the titled apparatus by moving an underwater snap bearing on a guide rail in harmonizing with the rocking of head link and providing easily a device tensing an endless chain in harmonizing with the rocking of link to the wall body of grit chamber. CONSTITUTION:The lower end of link 3 is moved up and down between I and IIby means of the normal and reverse rotation of a lifting device 7. When the lower end of ink is elevated to I from II, an endless chain is sagged by the length according to the distance moving to I from II and thereby an underwater snap bearing is moved on a guide rail 16 to absorb the sagging and therefore a sprocket wheel 15 for tension fitted in the same axis 13 as the snap bearing is moved to position B from position A toward the tension side. When the lifting device 7 is unwound and the lower end of link 3 is descended to II from I , the underwater shap bearing is moved on the guide rail 16 and therefore the sprocket wheel 15 is moved to the position A from the position B toward the sagging side.
