摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a roller for chain which is light in weight, produces less noise and stable quality and will not be worn or broken and its manufacture and a chain for a multi-storied parking facility. CONSTITUTION:A roller body 2 is made of a thermosetting resin, and an outer circumferential face, front and rear end faces of the roller body 2 is coated with a thermoplastic resin 3. Also, a chain for a low-noise multi-storied parking facility is provided with a roller 1 for chain. Moreover, a manufacture is constituted by a process of compression molding of the roller body 2 by the thermosetting resin and a process of injection molding of a coating layer 3 on the outer circumferential face and the front and rear end faces of the roller body 2 by the thermoplastic resin.

An attachment seat 11 is fixed to each flight 4 by a clamp 14 and a support frame 9 is further attached to the attachment seat 11 by the clamp 12 while two resin rollers are attached to the support frame 9 in a freely rotatable manner. Because the flight 4 always holds balance in an upright state and runs without distortion, the abrasin of the roller 10 is reduced and the pulling-out and inlay of the support frame 9 can be easily performed.

An extrusion molded synthetic resin material having water resistance and plastic elasticity is used for the shoe 17. The bracket 15 is thus resistant to water and corrosion, has high accuracy and light weight and permits the fitting of the shoe 17 in the exact position.
