摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a image display of quality which is high enough for an observer to efficiently observe a large number of tomography images fast in a short time without overlooking, to efficiently select necessary images to be read out the tomography images, and to output them in the form of film. SOLUTION: A dial device 28 and a mouse 26 are used to set the number of tomography images of slices along the body axis corresponding to respective parts so that, a certain number of tomography images of thin slices are added for parts which does not require spatial resolution and a less number or none of images is added for parts which require spatial resolution. According to the set number of images to be added, tomography images are read out of a magnetic disk 22 and a less-noise image is displayed on a display 25 through the addition processing. A film output device 2C reads the tomography images out of the magnetic disk 22 according to the set number of addition and adds them together, and outputs the image having its noise reduced in the form of the film.

SOLUTION: A notice point 23 is displayed on a line 20 displayed on an MPR picture 15 on an XY plane and rotary operators 21 are dragged by a mouse. Thus, the line 20 rotates with the notice point 23 as a center. The line 20 moves along the line 20 in parallel by dragging the parallel moving operators 22 by the mouse. Thus, an arbitrary plane rotates and moves in parallel by always containing the notice point 23 as it is. Thus, the notice points 23 are always displayed on the MPR picture 15 on the XY plane, an MPR picture 16 on a YZ plane and an MPR picture 17 on a ZX plane.

Thereafter, when the outer needle 10 is pierced furthermore to an inner position to be observed, the tissue of living body at the position to be observed is introduced into the hollow outer needle 10 to result in a condition where this is placed up and down between a plurality of the facing pairs of the ultrasonic convertors. Under this condition, sound characteristics of the tissue of the living body introduced into the outer needle 10 are measured.

摘要： PURPOSE:To display an image corresponding to the film output of a laser printer by controlling the brightness and gradations of the CRT screen of the image work station quantitatively with a microcomputer. CONSTITUTION:The standard values Sb and Se of the brightness and gradation of a certain image on the CRT screen are stored in a memory 17. When the brightness and gradation are varied to Tb and Te with an adjusting knob 14, their variation quantity Tb-Sb and Te-Se are detected by an encoder 13 and an angle detector 15 and their output pulse signals are measured by a frequency counter 16, whose value is stored in the memory 17. When the output of the laser printer 3 is sent out after the brightness and gradation on the CRT screen of the image work station 1 are varied optionally, a microcomputer 18 reads the data Tb-Sb and Te-Se out of a memory 17 and switches on a photocoupler 19 for the time corresponding to those variation quantities to rotate a DC motor 12, thereby adjusting the brightness and gradation on the CRT screen to the standard values.
