SOLUTION: In this compressor compressing the refrigerant by a pump driven by a crank of a rotating shaft, and repeating the liquefaction and evaporation for refrigerating, the air conditioner and the refrigerator using the same, and the bearing, at least one of bearings to the rotating shaft and the crank is made of a material prepared by impregnating pores of a carbonaceous base including graphite of 20-50 wt.%, with one kind of metal selected from the IB, VIII excluding Fe, and Sn, or an alloy mainly composed of the metal, the carbonaceous base includes graphite of 20-50 wt.%, Shore hardness of the member is 65-120, a porosity of the member is 0.05-2 vol.%, and the metal or the alloy of the member includes at least one of V and Ti by 2.0 wt.% or less.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mass production type small mechanical seal member simultaneously provided with slide sealing characteristics, wear resistance, and mechanical strength, be manufactured at a low cost through a simple method, and formed of a carbon-silicon carbide composite material for a general purpose pump for a refrigerator and an automobile water pump. SOLUTION: The surface of a high strength carbon base material machined for a small mechanical seal is applied with slurry consisting of silicon powder, boron carbide powder, and resin being low in a remaining coal rate. Heat treatment is effected at 1500 deg.C or more and 10 Torr or less in non-oxidation atmosphere. A carbon base material penetrated from a surface to an internal part with silicon and boron carbide. By reacting silicon with carbon of the carbon base material, silicon carbide (SiC) is prepared. A whole of the carbon base material forms a carbon-silicon carbide composite material and the silicification modulus of the slide surface is set to 30-55%.

Additionally, another manufacturing method is to carry out the heat treatment under a temperature condition of higher than setting completion temperature of an epoxy resin by constituting the base material of a non-black system filler and its remaining part of the epoxy resin at the time of molding it after adding and kneading thermosetting resin in the base material as a binder and manufacturing the resin bonding quality bearing material by further carrying out heat treatment.
