In the manufacturing method for the glass plate 5, a coating liquid prepared by ITO-fine particle dispersed into titania sol is dried and heated after forming a film of one of the surface and the back of the glass base 1. When the surface resistance value and an anti-static photocatalyst film 4 of non-conductive film thus formed and the foul of the film after the film is left in a smoking room for one month are checked and the surface resistance value is 10 Ω/square or less, the anti-static preventing function is effective for preventing the adhesion of dust.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic film having an oxide thin film for effectively reducing a production cost by easily forming the thin film having a high strength at a low temperature on the plastic film. SOLUTION: When an ultraviolet ray is emitted, the ray can be reflected by an Ag film 3, and a PET film 1 can be protected. Further, the ray reflected by the film 3 is again emitted to an oxide thin film 2 to improve a ray emitting efficiency, and the thin film can be sufficiently sintered. As a result, a large- scale apparatus like a vacuum apparatus is not only eliminated as compared with first prior art, but also the film 2 can be rigidly formed even at a low temperature as compared with second prior art. Further, there is no fear of damaging the PET film as compared with third prior art.

The passivating film-like base material thus obtained thereby can be used as a deterioration resistant protective film of the organic EL device.

SOLUTION: A surface treatment film contains an organic pigment having absorption strength ratio of 560-590 nm/510-540 nm not lower than 2. This organic pigment is a rhodamine-based or quinaklydone-based pigment, and preferably has a tertiary alkyl group in its molecules. Because approach between thodamine molecules is restrained three-dimensionally by introducing such substituted group, generation of dimers is restrained and sub-absorption peaks near 530 nm based on the dimers can be reduced. As a result, a wavelength selecting absorption film produced using this organic pigment does not disturb luminescence of green emitter, therefore, allows to increase in density, improves color purity, and can achieve high contrast.
