摘要： PURPOSE:To start the read-in and write-in, by providing simple logical product and sum circuits when the address flag signal is received and the data flag signal is received respectively. CONSTITUTION:In case of read-in, the unit designation signal 1, read-in designation signal 4, address information 10, and address flag signal 3 are delivered, the timing circuit 11 is started. The circuit 11 produces the row designation timing signal 13 and the column designation signal 12, and the memory element 17 outputs the read-in data 16. In case of write-in, the signal 1, write-in designation signal 6, and infomation 10 are delivered, and the circuit 11 is started when the data flag signal 5 is delivered, and the element 17 stores the write-in data. Since the data flag signal can be started as timing, no timing circuit is required.

摘要： PURPOSE:To avoid shear of picture information and a part of erase in a storage exchanger among different types of facsimile devices, by inserting a white picture signal at the transmission of stored picture signals, through the storage of effective picture signals only for the storage of received picture signals. CONSTITUTION:A transmitted original from a facsimile device is received as a picture signal 12' at a storage exchanger 6. A facsimile control section 8 deletes a picture signal for the length of l3-l1 from the start of reception of the picture signal 12' to set the start point of an effective picture signal 14'. The picture signal 12' is transferred from the said start point to a storage control section 9 and stored in a magnetic disc 10. Thus, only the effective picture signal 14' is stored. On the other hand, in transmitting the effective picture signal 14', a white picture signal having a length corresponding to the l3 is inserted before the effective picture signal 14' and transmission is made in the form of a picture signal 15, allowing to obtain a reception picture signal 16 for the facsimile device.

摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a specific operation at a facsimile device, by counting the number of subscanning lines of a picture signal and processing an original exceeding a prescribed line number as a series of a plurality of originals. CONSTITUTION:A storage control section 10 detects a facsimile communication call from a facsimile device to perform a call set procedure and starts one of facsimile control sections 901-90n. The facsimile control sections 901-90n manage the length of screen of an original by counting the number of subscanning lines of the picture signal at the reception of the picture signal, and when the length exceeds a prescribed length, a screen section code is inserted and the result is stored as a separated picture signal. When the end of the picture signal is dtected, a message post-processing is executed and the end of operation is informed to the section 10. The storage control section 10 executes the call restoration procedure through an exchange interface section 8.

CONSTITUTION:A storage control section 7 executes a call set procedure through an exchanger interface section 8 and starts a facsimile control section 6. The section 6 transmits a stored picture signal through the parallel operation with the section 7 after the execution of pre-procedure of message. If failures such as defective decoding and expansion and unmatched transmission speed take place, the section 6 transmits a specific picture signal. Further, the transmission of the stored picture signal is stopped and after the execution of post-procedure of message, the abnormal completion of operation is informed to the section 7. The section 7 executes a call restoration procedure and opens the line.

The storage exchanger 4 enters the message post-procedure through the reception of a message end signal, and the operation is finished by not transmitting a message confirming signal to the facsimile device, the end of failure is informed to a storage control section 7 to restore a communication call and picture signals already received and stored are thrown away.

Therefore, calls from two subscribers from public telephone sets are connected with each other and the two subscribers can talk each other when they dial the specific telephone number.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve a sense of incongruity when a sound is heard as a voice by compressing the addition result of an addend and an augend to a maximum encoding value by a code converting circuit and outputting it when the addition result exceeds an upper-limit value, and outputting the addition result as it is when not. CONSTITUTION:This system is equipped with a full-adder 1 for encoded binary numbers, an upper-limit detecting circuit 3 which is set below the maximum value of codes, and the code converting circuit 2 which compresses values from the upper-limit value to a maximum addition value to values from the upper limit value to the maximum code value. When the addition result of this full-adder 1 is larger than the upper-limit value, the output of the code converting circuit 2 is selected and when not, the addition result of the addend (a) and augend (b) of the full-adder 1 is selected and outputted. Namely, when the addition result exceeds the upper-limit value, the addition result is compressed to a value up to the maximum code value by the code converting circuit and outputted, but when not, the addition result of the full-adder 1 is outputted as it is. Consequently, values before and after the upper-limit value is exceeded are connected smoothly, so the sense of incongruity when the sound is heard as a voice is improved.
