摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate the influence of a speech current while turning on a semiconductor switch by flowing a constant current to a link to be interrupted via an interruption line in a telephone switchboard having a space-division network. CONSTITUTION:When interruption link 5 is connected by interruption to link 4 to be interrupted via switch PSW, a fine constant current flows from constant current supply circuit 11 in interruption trunk 9' to a loop via telephone set 1. This constant current reduces the on resistance of semiconductor switching element 3' and results in economy. Further, since the fine constant current is supplied from constant current supply circuit 11, the fine constant current flows to the link to be interrupted regardless of the value of the impedance of the link to be interrupted, so that the influence of the link to be interrupted upon an increase and decrease in speech current can nearly be ignored.

CONSTITUTION:A subscriber termination module (SLM) 1 has no major exchange function but has only a function of controlling and concentrating plural subscriber lines only, and each SLM 1 of remote stations 4-1 to 4-4 is connected to a line processing module (CHM) 2 in a center station 5 or a remote station 4-3 through an inter-module outside line 6 being a coarse coupling connection means having an error control function. Each CHM 2 of the stations4-2, 4-3 or the station 5 accommodates the SLM 1 in the inside of the station and the SLM 1 at a remote location to make mutual exchange connection and the CHMs are in exchange connection mutually and via another optional CHM 2 and an inter-module coupling device(IMC) 3. Thus, the CHM 2 and the IMC 3 are connected by the line 6 being a coarse coupling connection means having an error control function. Thus, subscribers at a remote location are accommodated efficiently.

摘要： PURPOSE:To realize the transmission and reception of the test signal by means of the PCM highway, by performing a test via an idle channel after once converting the test signal sent from the subscriber line testing trunk into a voice band analog signal. CONSTITUTION:The analog signal such as a test result sent from the testing trunk 13 is converted into an analog signal of the same voice band as an ordinary call by a converter 16 and then changed into a PCM code through the line concentrating trunk 14 and modulator/demodulator 15 after passing through an idle path of the line concentrating switch 12. The PCM code is sent to the test device 18 via an idle time slot in the PCM highway 17. The device 18 demodulates the PCM-coded signal and converts the voice band analog signal to extract an analog signal. The control signal sent from the device 18 is converted into a specified frequency within the voice band and then changed into a PCM to be sent to the testing trunk 13 via the highway 17 and the trunk 14.

Then, subscriber's circuit testing device 4 is connected to remote line concentration stage 2 via master station distribution stage 3 and, according to the kinds of test, further connected to originating subscriber substituting circuit 24 for an origination test, incoming subscriber substituting circuit 25 for an incoming test, and line testing trunk 26 for a subscriber's circuit or subscriber's circuit test in remote line concentration stage 2. Further, the said circuit or trunk is connected to assigned subscribers circuit 22. After the said preparation for the test, the person in charge of the maintenance of the master station executes the test.

摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate the division loss among the charging trunk circuit, the general talking trunk circuit and the trunk line each, by providing the polarity inversion pulse circuit at the trunk line side of the network as well as an additional circuit to the terminal unit side each. CONSTITUTION:Polarity inversion pulse circuit 12 having the functions to supply the talking current and transmit the polarity inversion pulse is provided at the trunk line side of network 3. At the same time, additional circuit 14 which gives termination to the talking current given from general talking trunk circuit 13 and makes only the talking signal pass through is provided at the terminal unit side. Then circuit 14 is connected to circuit 13 via the 1st network bus to transmit the talking signal to public telephone 1. On the other hand, circuit 12 is connected to telephone 1 via the 2nd network bus to supply the polarity inversion pulse and the talking current. In such way, the polarity inversion pulse circuit is installed in an intensive way, thus eliminating the division loss of the general talking trunk circuit and the trunk circuit.

Since the test of the device and the transmission medium is conducted without increasing the quantity of hardware, the reliability is improved economically.

The talking signal undergoes an A/D conversion through the circuit 5 and is connected to a channel switch of a switchboard via an input/output terminal 6.
