The authentication processing part 321 registers network information concerned with the justifiable terminal 101 in the authentication database 104b on the basis of an investigation result by the table investigation processing part 324.

Thereby, it is possible to transfer an incoming call to the person who is absent by the third part even when an ISDN terminal is housed in a PBX 1.

When a schedule list is registered, a time conversion circuit 43-4 sets a time of-t from the incoming time, sets the terminal number of the 1st location and records the result on a number storage section 51. Then the time of +t is set from the incoming time, the terminal number of the 2nd location is set and the result is stored in the number storage section 51. A comparator circuit 43-5 compares both terminal number in the section 51 and if any difference exists, a timer 52 is started, the terminal number of the 1st location is used to transfer the incoming call to the telephone set of the said terminal number. When no answer comes and the time of timer 52 is over, the incoming is transferred to the telephone set depending on the terminal number of the 2nd location.

The MAC address management table 151 associates and stores a MAC address of a subordinate communication terminal with a MAC address of a changed communication terminal, i.e. a communication terminal having replaced the subordinate communication terminal. The relay unit 163 receives a request signal to request to give out an IP address and relays it to a server device holding IP addresses. If the relay unit 163 has received the request signal, the MAC address changing unit 164 searches for the MAC address of the changed communication terminal stored in the MAC address management table, and changes the MAC address of a transmission source communication terminal included in the request signal to the MAC address of the corresponding subordinate communication terminal.
