摘要： PURPOSE:To make the current capacity of a system side breaker small by leading an excitation circuit for a secondary winding from an intermediate point between a synchronizing breaker connected in series with the primary winding of a generatormotor and said system side breaker. CONSTITUTION:A main circuit 100, in which a synchronizing breaker 4, a system side breaker 19 and a main transformer 20 are connected in series with each other, is provided between the primary winding 5-1 of an AC exciting generator- motor 5 and an electric system bus 1. Further, an excitation circuit 200 including a frequency converter 7 is provided between the intermediate point 3 of two breakers 4 and 9 of the main circuit 100 and the secondary winding 5-2 of the AC exciting generator motor 5. Thus, it is sufficient that the system side breaker 19 can break an incoming accidental current from the electric system 1 and the synchronizing breaker 4 can remove an accidental current from the generator-motor 5. Therefore, the capacities of these breakers can be made small.

摘要： PURPOSE:To control it to stably follow a command rotational speed all the time by superposing guide vane opening control by output of a phase-lead compensating signal generating circuit on another guide vane opening control over a hydraulic turbine by an effective generated output command. CONSTITUTION:When an opening command of a guide vane 11 of a hydraulic turbine is added to rotation speed control in a feedforward manner, a signal, adding output out of a phase-lead compensating circuit 18 to a generated output command, is superposed on a guide vane opening command out of a rotational speed controller 13. When the generated output command starts to go up, phase- lead compensating output suddenly goes up, and since the guide vane opening command becomes enlarged before rotational speed starts to go down, any drop in the rotational speed is checkable. On the other hand, when the generated output command gets lowering, the rotational speed can be restrained from its going up.

摘要： PURPOSE:To protect a thyristor power converter by stopping the converter connected to the secondary side of an AC exciting synchronous machine when a slip frequency becomes excessive. CONSTITUTION:A phase detector 9 detects a slip phase thetas between the voltage phase thetav of an AC power system 1 and the rotary phase thetar of an AC exciting synchronous machine. An exciting current controller 14 controls a thyristor power converter 8 connected to the secondary side current of the machine 5 on the basis of a vertical axis current command Id, a lateral axis current command Iq and the slip phase thetas. On the other hand, an overslip detector 24 turns OFF a synchronous closure breaker 4 and an input side breaker 2 when a slip frequency fs represented by the difference between a system fre quency and a rotary frequency becomes excessive, and turns ON a thyristor switch 25. After a predetermined period of time, the gate of the converter 8 is blocked.

摘要： PURPOSE:To exactly monitor spark, by receiving spark noise and external noise with a first antenna of two electromagnetic wave receiving antennas arranged near collector rings and brushes, and external noise with a second antenna, and by finding out the difference between the both receptions. CONSTITUTION:Direct current obtained by rectifying an AC power source 12 is fed to bush rings 5 via exciting wires 14. The direct current is fed from the bush rings 5 to collector rings 1, 2 via lead wires 4 and brushes 3. Near the bush rings 5, an electromagnetic wave receiving antenna 7 is set, and noise due to spark generated by the brushes 3 and external noise are received. Outside a shielded locker section 6, an antenna 8 receiving the external noise only is set. The outputs of the antennas 7, 8 are input to a noise detecting section via a connector 9, and when the output different is a specified value or more, then an alarm 11 is driven. As a result, the spark monitoring of high reliability is performed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent erroneous detection reliably by producing an alarm if a vector operated through a recursive algorithm does not match with a vector operated through a non-recursive algorithm. CONSTITUTION:A vector operating unit 10 and phase reference signal generators 11, 12 perform calculation shown on the drawing recursively through a delay circuit D thus producing a Fourier series bar X(r). The phase difference signal generators 11, 12 generate cospi/6r and sinpi/6r respectively. The circuits are provided with auxiliary vector operating units 30a, 30b. Auxiliary vector operating units 30a, 30b are provided to these generators. The auxiliary vector operating units 30a, 30b perform the calculation sown on the drawing non-recursively and produces a result in the form of bar X'(r). An alarm producing circuit 50 produces an alarm if the bar X(r) does not match with the bar X'(r).

摘要： PURPOSE:To enlarge an allowable value of a manufacturing error and a fitting error of a resolver, and to raise the handling property and the profitability by constituting a high frequency device for reference so that a phase difference of its high frequency voltage for reference against a high frequency voltage for excitation becomes equal to a phase error of an output signal corresponding to a rotational angle of the resolver. CONSTITUTION:On a rotor and a stator of a resolver 1, rotor winding 1CS, 1SS and stator winding 1CR, 1SR are provided, respectively. Subsequently, to the windings 1CS, 1SS a high frequency voltage is impressed by a high frequency power source 2 for excitation, and a high frequency voltage for reference of the same frequency as its voltage is generated by the high frequency power sources 2a, 2b for reference. Next, output voltages induces in the windings 1CR, 1SR and the high frequency voltage for reference are multiplied by multipliers 5a, 5b, and high frequency components contained in output voltages therefrom are eliminated by filter circuits 6a, 6b. Thereafter, from the circuits 6a, 6b an electric signal corresponding to a rotation of the resolver 1 is outputted. In this state, the power sources 2a, 2b equalize a phase difference of the high frequency voltage for reference against the high frequency voltage for excitation, to a phase error of its outputted signal.

Sign inversion detectors 10, on the other hand, output trigger signals 52a-52c in a pulselike state each time the positive/negative signs of the signals 51a-51c are inverted. A comparator 113 operates a slip excessive small relay 116 when the time interval of trigger signals 53a-53c is larger than a time set signal 61. Thus, the stagnation of a semiconductor power converter output in an inhibiting zone can be accurately detected.
