    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize a mail server resource in an overall system to occurrence of a fault in a certain specific transmission destination mail server or path. SOLUTION: This mail server system includes: a convergence control management part 120 for managing convergence control of an overall mail server system; a convergence statistical information collection part 119 for collecting convergence statistical information of each mail server 120; and a retry server 103 having a retransmission queue 117 having sufficient capacity for performing retry. When detecting a mail server causing a fault from the collected convergence statistical information, the convergence control management part 120 provides a direction of mail transmission restriction addressed to a faulty mail server to each mail server 102. The mail server 102 provided with the direction of the mail transmission restriction addressed to the faulty mail server transfers all the mails addressed thereto to the retry server 103, and transfers the received mails addressed to the faulty mail server to the retry server 103 until a restriction canceling direction is issued from the convergence control management part 120.     • PURPOSE:To suppress surge voltage and reduce a loss from a power source and thus obtain a miniaturized power source for a laser efficiently, by providing secondary windings for a stabilization reactor and regenerating energy stored in the stabilization reactor toward the preceding stage of a voltage control circuit which is arranged at the input side of the stabilization reactor. CONSTITUTION:This device allows secondary windings of a stabilization reactor 14A to be clamped by voltage at both ends of a smoothing capacitor 4 and voltage which is determined only by a turn ratio is impressed at the primary side. The proper application of the turn ratio makes it possible to suppress voltage produced at the primary side of the stabilization reactor 14A to a level that is less than constant voltage. Similarly, even when FETs 9B and 9C for switching is turned to ON, the same operations are repeated. Further, even when the FET 9B and 9C for opposite phase switching is turned to ON before the regeneration of the stabilization reactor 14A is completed, its regeneration is kept on and there is no effect on the opposite phase.
