摘要： PURPOSE: To achieve a higher speed in access time by turning first and second switch means off in the initial stage with a sense amplifier enabled to speed up a reading operation of a dynamic RAM. CONSTITUTION: Unit circuits of a sense amplifier SA each contain a pair of an N-channel type switch MOSFETNB and an NC (first switch means) and another pair of N-channel type switch MOSFETND and an NE (second switch means) provided separately between complimentary input/output nodes BS0 *- BSn * thereof and complimentary bit wires B00 -B0n * corresponding to a memory array ARY0. Thus, the switch MOSFETNB and the NC of each unit circuit receives a high level of an internal control signal SHI to be turned on selectively thereby making a connection between the complimentary bit wires BI0 *-BIn * of the memory array ARYI selectively.

摘要： PURPOSE:To efficiently develop types of a semiconductor storage device by a method wherein a common semiconductor substrate provided with the following is prepared and is owned jointly by a plurality of package specifications: a plurality of bonding pads arranged in optimum positions according to individual package shapes; a bonding pad, for control, which makes selectively effective a plurality of buffers corresponding to the pads and the plurality of bonding pads. CONSTITUTION:On a common semiconductor substrate of a dynamic RAM, names of pads used in the dynamic RAM according to DIP and SOJ package specifications are mentioned at the inside of a dotted line; names of pads used in the dynamic RAM according to ZIP package specifications are mentioned at its outside. This dynamic RAM is classified into a total of 21 product types according to its bit constitution, its operating mode and its package shape. Accordingly, when a semiconductor substrate which is common to all of the 21 product types is prepared and one part of its photomask is changed or a bonding treatment is executed selectively on a prescribed pad, either of the product types can be realized in a alternative way.

摘要： PURPOSE: To increase an allowable quantity of refuse to be abandoned by volume reduction by compression by raising and lowering movable arms on which pressurizing plates are installed to press down the refuse by rotating them to a vertical condition from a horizontal condition. CONSTITUTION: A user pushes a refuse throwing-in cover 3, and throws in refuse. When ultrasonic sensors 12 and 22 detect that the refuse is collected by a prescribed quantity, a lock device is actuated, and checks opening of the throwing-in cover 3. In this condition, air is supplied to air bags 5, and a motive power transmitting plate 8 is pushed downward, and a movable arm rotating frame plate 9 is also pushed downward, and rotates spur gears 13. Since the spur gears 13 fix movable arms 7 through pins, the movable arms 7 respectively rotate, and project in a refuse box 2. Therefore, pressurizing plates 6 on the tip of the movable arms 7 also rotate, and move inside from outside of the refuse box 2. When the motive power transmitting plate 8 is further pushed downward, a movable arm holding plate 10 moves downward, and the movable arms 7 move downward, and the pressurizing plates 6 integrally formed with the movable arms 7 compress the refuse.

In addition, an aluminum can storage 9 is provided on the underside of the magnet roller 1 and a steel can storage 10 is provided on its left side and the following roller 3 is provided on the steel can storage 10 side and a belt 2 is hung between both rollers 1 and 3. In addition, the magnet roller 1 is rotated in the direction where a steel can 14 falls down into the steel can storage 10.

When the mode is released, the dummy CRR refresh operation is executed. Thereby, it is possible to return an internal circuit to a normal state without destroying a piece of stored data.
