Moreover, a changeover switch 9 to which the analog recording system is instructed from a recording system selecting means 15 inputs an analog voice signal which is converted into a recording format to voice recording magnetic head pair 2a, 2b by the analog voice signal processing means 12. When a digital recording system is selected, the input signal processing means 10 to which a digital recording system is instructed from the means 15 supplies digital video and voice signals.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the operation to be performed by user by leaving the information such as on the recording time of the reserved video recording of a program as control information and, at the time of reproducing the program, and automatically the reproduction using the above information, thereby, making the program searching of the part, where a recording is to be started, unnecessary, at the time of performing a recording immediately after the program preserved and recorded. SOLUTION: A signal supplied from an input terminal 10 is recorded by operating a recording signal processing circuit 30 while using the information shown by a reserved recorder 20. At the time of reproducing the program subjected to reserved video recording, a reproduction control signal is generated using the information on the reproduction time stored in a reproduction time controller 40, and in accordance with the signal, a reserved reproduction device 50 is operated to judge whether reproduction is to be done or not, and to control a reproduced signal processing circuit 60. The reproduced signals are outputted from a terminal 70. And, it is possible to inform the user of the remaining recordable time by leaving that time as control information.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record/reproduce a digital signal in a control circuit for recording/ reproducing an analog signal by converting the reference signal of a frame cycle into a field cycle by using the omission correction of a vertical synchronous signal and comparing the phase of the reference signal with that of the frequency-divided reference signal. SOLUTION: A synchronous signal outputted from a digital signal processing circuit 33 is supplied through a changeover switch 10 to a vertical synchronous signal detector 4. A digital signal inputted to a recording/reproducing amplifier 34 is passed through a magnetic head 1 and then recorded in a magnetic tape. A complement pulse generator 5 determines the omission of a synchronous signal because an output from the vertical synchronous signal detector 4 is longer than the cycle of a vertical synchronous signal and generates a complement pulse in a position of about 16.68 mS from the edge of a 30 Hz signal. The complement pulse is added to the output from the vertical synchronous signal detector 4 and then its result is added to a frequency divider 6, and then digital signal recording is performed.
