    • PURPOSE:To absorb an installation error in the perpendicular direction to the driving shaft direction, and stabilize oil feed to a bearing by setting a height of a pedestal in which a spherical slide bearing is inserted higher than a bearing part, and setting an inside diameter of the pedestal larger than an inside diameter of a connecting part. CONSTITUTION:When a driving shaft 7 is rotated by an electric motor 3, a turning scroll 5 is turned by rotation of a crank pin 7a and an action of an autorotation preventive mechanism 9 without making autorotation. As a result, capacity of space defined by respective laps 5b and 6b of the turning scroll 5 and a fixed scroll 6 and respective base plates 5a and 6a is reduced, and gas is sucked from a suction hole 6c, and is delivered from a delivery hole 6d after it is compressed. In this case, oil is introduced to an oil feeding hole 7c of the driving shaft 7 from an oil separator through an oil feeding pipe 15 and an oil feeding pipe joint 13 having spherical slide bearings 10 and 12 on both ends. A pedestal 16 is connected to the spherical slide bearing 12, and a height and an inside diameter of the pedestal 16 are set heigher and larger than the spherical slide bearing 12.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the slant degree of a crank shaft so as to prevent uneven contact of a bearing by providing a first bearing on an engaging part of a slewing scroll and the crank shaft, providing a second bearing on a side near the slewing scroll, providing a third bearing on a side near a motor, and forming the second and third bearings as a rolling bearing. SOLUTION: In a vertical hermetic scroll compressor, an electric motor 10 is pressed and fastened into a sealed container 8, and a slewing scroll is slewing operated through a crank shaft. The axial part 16a of the crank shaft is supported by rolling bearings 17, 18 arranged on a frame 14, the rolling bearings 17, 18 are communicated with an intermediate pressure chamber 22, and a sealing device 23 is arranged downward the rolling bearing 18 in order to seal intermediate pressure. The crank part 16b of the crank shaft is fitted to a bearing 19 arranged on a back surface of the slewing scroll. An oiling passage 20 for leading lubricating oil to both rolling bearings 17, 18, the sealing device 23, and the bearing 19, is arranged along an axis of the shaft part 16a of the crank shaft in the crank shaft.

    • PURPOSE: To prevent the occurrence of run-out of oil by a method wherein the inside diameter part of the stator of an electric motor disposed in a closed container forms a passage for delivery gas compressed by a compression mechanism part, one end face part in an axial direction forms an inlet for delivery gas, and an oil separator rotated in synchronism with a rotor is arranged at the end part of the rotor of the electric motor. CONSTITUTION: When a revolving scroll 6 effects revolving movement with the aid of an electric motor 3, after refrigerant gas sucked through a suction pipe 15 is compressed through operation of a fixed scroll 5 and the revolving scroll 6, the refrigerant gas mixed with lubrication oil is delivered through a delivery hole 17 to the upper space 14 of a closed container 1. Further, the mixture passes, in order, through a gas passage 18, a guide passage 22, and a gas passage 26 and flows in a lower space 33. In the lower space 33, the mixture passes through an oil separator 29 from a lower end surface. But, the lower end face is positioned below the coil part of a stator 24, and since the outside diameter of the lower end face is larger than the inside diameter of the coil part of the stator 24, the refrigerant gas passes the oil separator 29 with high efficiency.
