    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform energy conservation operation and to reduce a change of interior temperature of a display case by automatically changing a pressure set value of a microcomputer controller according to load change and hence executing optimum operation control in response to a largely varying load, and reducing ON/OFF control of a refrigerator. SOLUTION: In the case of an operation stopping state, when number of times of stops is integrated to reach a set number, a pressure set value is slightly slid upward. In this case, only a capacity down value may be slid upward, and a capacity up value and operation stop value may simultaneously slid. The number of times of stops is different depending upon size of a facility, indoor temperature and load change. Since it is repeatedly controlled, about 4 to 6 times/hour may be sufficient. Sliding width of the pressure set value may be slightly about 0.01MPa. Thus, number of times of ON/OFF of a refrigerator is reduced, operating pressure is enhanced, and energy conservation can be more enhanced.

    • PURPOSE: To increase the cooling effect of a high-pressure coolant and effectively prevent the overheat of a compressor by leading a connection tube through a condenser, regarding the unit where a part of a high-pressure coolant liquefied with a condensor for a refrigrating cycle is introduced to a compression chamber via a connection tube for cooling a scroll compressor. CONSTITUTION: In a refrigerating cycle consisting of a compressor 1, a condensor 2, an expansion valve 3 and an evaporator 4, an overheat preventing connection pipe 5 is branched and one end thereof is jointed to the intermediate section of a high-pressure liquid piping led from the condensor 2. The other end of the pipe 5 is communicated and connected to a compression chamber for the compression stroke of the compressor 1. Also, a high-pressure coolant adjusted with a capillary tube 8 as a flowrate adjusting mechanism is made to blow for cooling the compressor 1. The pipe 5 is fitted with a solenoid valve 7, and this valve 7 is made to open, when the temperature of compressor discharge gases rises to the preset level or higher. Furthermore, the pipe 5 is connected to heat exchanger piping 6, thereby effectively cooling a coolant in the pipe 5.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a freezer which is capable of improving the follow-up property to a load and preventing the start of a compressor from being frequently initerrupted by measuring pressure at an inlet of the compressor and automatically altering a time interval till the time the operation number of the compressors when the pressure value exceeds a preset range. CONSTITUTION:There are inputted into a control board 7 for controlling capacity a defrosting completion signal and a pressure signal detected by a pressure detector 6. After the defrosting, a load is increased together with an increase of variations thereof. Accordingly, once the defrosting completion signal is inputted, a certain predetermined time after the defrosting, i.e., a time interval till the capacity control is again performed is reduced. Hereby, the follow-up property with larger pressure variations is ensured, and reversely with smaller variations of pressure frequency of starting or interruption of each of compressors 1a, 1b, 1c can be restricted. As a result, the load of the compressor is reduced to avoid an increase of the power cost, overheating of a motor, and the shortening of the life of the motor.

    • PURPOSE:To carry out a stable discharged gas temperature control even in an operation condition of a lack of refrigerant by a method wherein a container of a small volume is arranged in the midway part of a high pressure liquid refrigerant pipe connecting a liquid receiver and an expansion valve and a bypassing circuit is connected to the container. CONSTITUTION:A container 6 having a small volume is fixed in the midway part of a high pressure liquid pipe connecting from a liquid receiver 2 to an expansion valve 4. To the container 6 is connected a bypassing circuit comprising a solenoid valve 7 and a capillary tube 8. With such an arrangement as mentioned above, even in the case that an accumulating amount of refrigerant in a condensor 2 or an evaporator 5 is increased and the interior of the high pressure liquid pipe becomes flash state, refrigerant fed from the upper end into the container 6 is easily separated into liquid segment and gas segment and then a certain degree of liquid refrigerant can be stored at the lower part of the container 6. As a result, the bypassing circuit for use in injecting refrigerant to the compressor 1 is fixed to the lower end of the container 6, thereby only liquid can be supplied to the bypassing circuit even if the liquid pipe is somewhat in a flash state, resulting in that a stable discharged gas temperature control can be carried out.

    • PURPOSE:To suppress fluid sound to a minimum limit by selecting a bypass circuit having different passage resistance in response to a high pressure immediately before starting. CONSTITUTION:A refrigerating cycle is formed of main units such as a compressor 1, a condenser 2, a liquid receiver 3, an expansion valve 4 and an evaporator 5. A back-flow preventive check valve 6 is provided on the way of a discharge tube of the compressor 1, connected at this side with a high pressure side and a low pressure side of the compressor 1, and bypass tubes 7a, 7b having different passage resistances and solenoid valves 8a, 8b are mounted on the way. When a low pressure switch 10 is reset, a high pressure is sensed by a high pressure switch 11 together with an operation signal and it is a set pressure or more, the valve 8a is opened, and a pressure in a compressor chamber is released to a low pressure side via the tube 7a having a small passage resistance. If it is the set pressure or less, the valve 8a is closed, the valve 8b is opened to release the pressure in the chamber to a low pressure side via the tube 7b having larger passage resistance than that of the tube 7a. Thus, fluid sound can be suppressed to a minimum limit.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the safety by judging the stop of a motor by a signal of an encoder connected with the motor for winding up after operating and outputting a mechanical brake and continuing the output of an inverter until the stop is detected to maintain output torque of the motor. SOLUTION: After receiving a stop command of a hoist operation machine 6, a hoist controller 1 sends a step deceleration start command to an inverter 2, performs deceleration processing until it reaches a start frequency, and maintains a frequency output after reaching the start frequency. Since torque is set for rated load, a motor for winding up 3 prevents the drop of a cargo while an output frequency of the inverter 2 is maintained. Moreover, the hoist controller 1 monitors an output frequency of the inverter 2 and gives instructions for output stop of the inverter 2 after detecting the stop of a mechanical motor by an encoder signal at the same time when the output frequency reaches the start frequency. A frequency output of the inverter 2 is maintained until the output stops, and torque output of the motor for winding up is maintained.
