    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the safety by judging the stop of a motor by a signal of an encoder connected with the motor for winding up after operating and outputting a mechanical brake and continuing the output of an inverter until the stop is detected to maintain output torque of the motor. SOLUTION: After receiving a stop command of a hoist operation machine 6, a hoist controller 1 sends a step deceleration start command to an inverter 2, performs deceleration processing until it reaches a start frequency, and maintains a frequency output after reaching the start frequency. Since torque is set for rated load, a motor for winding up 3 prevents the drop of a cargo while an output frequency of the inverter 2 is maintained. Moreover, the hoist controller 1 monitors an output frequency of the inverter 2 and gives instructions for output stop of the inverter 2 after detecting the stop of a mechanical motor by an encoder signal at the same time when the output frequency reaches the start frequency. A frequency output of the inverter 2 is maintained until the output stops, and torque output of the motor for winding up is maintained.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote a sharp improvement in a usability by installing a first connection connecting a receiver of a wireless installation and a control unit and a second connection connecting a wire pendant device and the control unit separately in a winch body. SOLUTION: A radio signal generated by a transmitter 4 is received by a receiver 6, and this signal is inputted into a selector 17 via a connection 15. In addition, an operation indicating signal by a wire pendant device 3 is inputted into the selector 17 via another connection 16. A selector switch 21 indicates a micro processing unit 18 to judge of whether either of a radio operation by the receiver 4 or an operation by the wire pendant device 3. In a state that the selector switch 21 is turned off, this micro processing unit 18 selects an operating signal out of the ratio receiver 6, recognizing operation by a radio operation. Likewise, in a state that the selector switch 21 is turned on, the micro processing unit 18 selects the operating signal out of the wire pendant device 3, recognizing operation by this wire pendant device 3.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent overload of an invertor hoist by automatically measuring mass data for a reference specific load in a measuring mode, storing the same in memory, comparing the mass data with reference data as mass information stored in memory, and by stopping the hoisting operation if the mass data is greater. CONSTITUTION:A main control device 11 delivers a hoisting operation signal to an invertor 1, and a brake releasing operation signal to a brake 3 (electromagnetic switch 10). Thereafter, load data taken up from an invertor device 1, are stored in an volatile memory in a setting mode, and is used as mass data for a specified load, which are used as a reference value in an operating mode. In the operating mode, the stored reference data are read, and is compared with taken-up data. If the take-up data is less, the hoisting operation is continued. If the take-up data is greater, the hoisting operation is stopped. and a breaking signal is delivered to a brake 3 (electromagnetic switch 10). Thus, it is possible to prevent overload with the use of a simple structure.

    • PURPOSE:To provide an inverter hoist with which the reduction of constitution parts, dimension, and cost, and the simplification of maintenance can be achieved, by carrying out the operation speed selection corresponding to the load and the overload detection according to the input electric current value of an electric motor. CONSTITUTION:An inverter device 3 which is provided with the function for transmitting the information of the input electric current of an electric motor 10 to a control part 14 is mounted on an inverter hoist 15, and a control system which can carry out the operation speed selection corresponding to the load and the overload detection, according to the information of the input electric current of the electric motor 10 which is supplied from the inverter device 3 is installed. Further, the information of the input electric current of the electric motor 10 is taken into a microcomputer part 12 in a control part through an electric current sensor 7 and a calculation part 6 which are installed in the inverter device 3.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the workability and operatability in the transgressing and travelling limit operation, by connecting the inputs of the limit switches in parallel in a zonal direction and a meridional direction to input the same to a hoist controller, and inputting the recognition of direction from a push- button. SOLUTION: In a case when an east input and a zonal high speed input of a push-button 1 is input to a hoist controller 2, a controller instructs the east high speed to an inverter for transversing 3. The power is supplied to the invertor for transversing 3, and a motor 4, and the invertor hoist 11 is moved in an east direction at a high speed. In a case when the inverter hoist 11 reaches an operating area of a transversing limit switch 5, the switch 5 is operated to be input to the hoist controller 2, so that the safety in operation can be achieved. The controller 1 recognizes the east input from the push-button 1, and the operation of the transversing limit switch 5, follows through the east high-spped operation instruction to the inverter 3, and stops the east high- speed operation, or instructs the east low-speed operation, so that the operatability is improved.

    • PURPOSE:To maintain the cushion start and cushion stop functions in association with the shockless function for a carried object at the time of accelerating and decelerating by stopping automatically the object in the sensing position with a deceleration pattern on the basis of the wind-up and wind-down speeds without taking the coasting distance inherent in the inverter type hoist into consideration. CONSTITUTION:A speed calculation part 6 and a deceleration pattern calculation part 4 are previously provided for an object sensing position. The pattern calculation part 4 receives the rotating speed from the speed calculation part 6, manipulates the sum of the received speed value and the coasting distance from the inverter 19 output being shut to the object stopping, and determines the deceleration pattern in which the obtained value corresponds to the sensing position. A wind-up command is again given from a deceleration pattern correction calculating part 5 to an inverter control part 2 so that the inverter device 19 is operated, and the wind-up command is shut at a speed corresponding to the deceleration pattern, and the operation is stopped automatically when the allowable range of the object sensing position is reached. This achieves precision control of the object position.
