On the basis of the outputted electrification request, an electrification discriminating means 355 discriminates either sine wave electrification or rectangular wave electrification, and when the sine wave electrification is discriminated, a sine wave electrifying means 356 performs the sine wave conduction when the rectangular wave electrification is discriminated, a rectangular wave electrifying means 357 performs the rectangular wave conduction.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent air bubbles from being left behind by providing at least one or more of degassiog holes in the vicinity of an outer circumference of a surface packaged parts packaging part of a printed board of a control board where the printed board is filled with a filler and in the printed board on one surface side of which inserted mold parts are packaged and on the other surface of which surface packaged parts are packaged. SOLUTION: A filter forms an air layer 8 because of the existence of surface packaged parts as an obstruct. The air layer 8 follows a flow of the filler 3 and is pushed out along surface packaged parts 2 to the circumferernce of the parts to produce air bubbles 9. The air bubbles once floating appear on the surface through a degassing hole 6 provided in the vicinity of the circumference outside the packaged parts. Accordingly, the air bubbles 9 are prevented from being left behind. Also for an air layer 7 existent between the surface packaged parts 2 and a front substrate 1 it can be passed through the degassing hole 6 and be floated to the surface of the filler 3. For this, the air layers 7, 8 and the air bubbles 9 disappear until the filler 3 is cured, and hence the air bubbles are effectually prevented from being left behind.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide controllability for the power consumption of a motor-driven blower without being influenced by static electricity or electric noises given externally, by sensing the negative pressure in a dust collecting chamber of an electric vacuum cleaner, converting the obtained negative pressure into an electric resistance value, and controlling the consumed power of the blower on the basis of this resistance value. SOLUTION: When a blower is started operating, the pressure in a dust collecting chamber becomes lower than the atmospheric pressure, and this negative pressure is led through a pressure lead-in port 17 so that a diaphragm 19 is deformed toward the lead-in port 17 due to the differential pressure between the atmospheric and negative pressures. As a slider to which this deformation is transmitted moves on a resistance piece, the change in the negative pressure is taken out as the resistance value. In case a pressure sensing means according to the described configuration is connected to a variable resistor, the phase control angle lessens when the negative pressure in the dust collecting chamber enlarges, to lead to increase in the consumed power of the blower. Therefore, if much dust is stored in the chamber to cause a dropping suction power, the consumed power of the blower enlarged accordingly so that the dropped portion is compensated.

    • PURPOSE: To dispense with an exclusive rotating speed detecting means, and reduce cost by arranging plural areas different in reflectance of the light in a rotary part as rotating speed detecting means of a motor-driven air blower, detecting rotating speed by a difference in its reflectance, and controlling voltage to be impressed on the motor-driven air blower on the basis of the detected rotating speed. CONSTITUTION: Black painting is applied to a part of a fan 5 fixed to an electric motor part, and a light emitting element 8 and a light receiving element 9 are arranged in one side part of this fan 5. The light emitting element 8 is connected to electric power supply through a resistor 14, and a connecting point between a collector of the light receiving element 9 and a resistor 15 is connected to a reversible input terminal of an operation amplifier 20, and an output signal of the amplifier 20 at fan rotating time is inputted to a CPU, and a pulse number is counted. Since time when the light receiving element 9 is turned on and off is equal to time when the fan 5 rotates by half, a vacuum cleaner is constituted so as to count its time, and rotating speed of a motor- driven air blower is detected, and impression voltage is controlled on the basis of this, and feedback control of the rotating speed is performed.
