    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform energy conservation operation and to reduce a change of interior temperature of a display case by automatically changing a pressure set value of a microcomputer controller according to load change and hence executing optimum operation control in response to a largely varying load, and reducing ON/OFF control of a refrigerator. SOLUTION: In the case of an operation stopping state, when number of times of stops is integrated to reach a set number, a pressure set value is slightly slid upward. In this case, only a capacity down value may be slid upward, and a capacity up value and operation stop value may simultaneously slid. The number of times of stops is different depending upon size of a facility, indoor temperature and load change. Since it is repeatedly controlled, about 4 to 6 times/hour may be sufficient. Sliding width of the pressure set value may be slightly about 0.01MPa. Thus, number of times of ON/OFF of a refrigerator is reduced, operating pressure is enhanced, and energy conservation can be more enhanced.

    • PURPOSE: To increase the cooling effect of a high-pressure coolant and effectively prevent the overheat of a compressor by leading a connection tube through a condenser, regarding the unit where a part of a high-pressure coolant liquefied with a condensor for a refrigrating cycle is introduced to a compression chamber via a connection tube for cooling a scroll compressor. CONSTITUTION: In a refrigerating cycle consisting of a compressor 1, a condensor 2, an expansion valve 3 and an evaporator 4, an overheat preventing connection pipe 5 is branched and one end thereof is jointed to the intermediate section of a high-pressure liquid piping led from the condensor 2. The other end of the pipe 5 is communicated and connected to a compression chamber for the compression stroke of the compressor 1. Also, a high-pressure coolant adjusted with a capillary tube 8 as a flowrate adjusting mechanism is made to blow for cooling the compressor 1. The pipe 5 is fitted with a solenoid valve 7, and this valve 7 is made to open, when the temperature of compressor discharge gases rises to the preset level or higher. Furthermore, the pipe 5 is connected to heat exchanger piping 6, thereby effectively cooling a coolant in the pipe 5.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a freezer which is capable of improving the follow-up property to a load and preventing the start of a compressor from being frequently initerrupted by measuring pressure at an inlet of the compressor and automatically altering a time interval till the time the operation number of the compressors when the pressure value exceeds a preset range. CONSTITUTION:There are inputted into a control board 7 for controlling capacity a defrosting completion signal and a pressure signal detected by a pressure detector 6. After the defrosting, a load is increased together with an increase of variations thereof. Accordingly, once the defrosting completion signal is inputted, a certain predetermined time after the defrosting, i.e., a time interval till the capacity control is again performed is reduced. Hereby, the follow-up property with larger pressure variations is ensured, and reversely with smaller variations of pressure frequency of starting or interruption of each of compressors 1a, 1b, 1c can be restricted. As a result, the load of the compressor is reduced to avoid an increase of the power cost, overheating of a motor, and the shortening of the life of the motor.

    • PURPOSE:To carry out a stable discharged gas temperature control even in an operation condition of a lack of refrigerant by a method wherein a container of a small volume is arranged in the midway part of a high pressure liquid refrigerant pipe connecting a liquid receiver and an expansion valve and a bypassing circuit is connected to the container. CONSTITUTION:A container 6 having a small volume is fixed in the midway part of a high pressure liquid pipe connecting from a liquid receiver 2 to an expansion valve 4. To the container 6 is connected a bypassing circuit comprising a solenoid valve 7 and a capillary tube 8. With such an arrangement as mentioned above, even in the case that an accumulating amount of refrigerant in a condensor 2 or an evaporator 5 is increased and the interior of the high pressure liquid pipe becomes flash state, refrigerant fed from the upper end into the container 6 is easily separated into liquid segment and gas segment and then a certain degree of liquid refrigerant can be stored at the lower part of the container 6. As a result, the bypassing circuit for use in injecting refrigerant to the compressor 1 is fixed to the lower end of the container 6, thereby only liquid can be supplied to the bypassing circuit even if the liquid pipe is somewhat in a flash state, resulting in that a stable discharged gas temperature control can be carried out.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To equalize oil return to each compressor in a multifreezer including one accumulator for a plurality of compressors by constructing the accumulator with one inlet piping and a plurality of outlet pipings, and distributing returned oil from a low pressure side in the accumulator. SOLUTION: Returned oil from a low pressure side in this freezing apparatus is introduced into an accumulator 2 from an inlet piping 1 and is distributed and supplied to each compressor through outlet pipings 3a to 3c connected with a suction side of each compressor 4a to 4c. At this time, for equalizing distribution of oil the inlet piping 1 is disposed at the center of the accumulator 2, and the outlet pipings 3a to 3c are disposed to be an equal interval from the inlet piping 1. Further, when there is produced any displacement in an inflow direction of the oil introduced into the accumulator from the low pressure side, a mesh shaped rectification apparatus is mounted in the inlet piping 1 to disperse the displaced oil and hence equalize oil distribution in the accumulator.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety when an oil in a refrigerator is drained, and also to increase the freedom degree of a compressor arranging layout by connecting an oil feeding and draining piping which consist of a copper pipe and a check joint to an oil feeding and draining port, in a compressor provided with the oil feeding and draining port for the refrigerator in a compressor main body. SOLUTION: A high pressure chamber type horizontal compressor 1 is formed in such a constitution that a compressor mechanical part 7 is housed in an intake port 5 side and an oil feeding and draining port 2 is arranged on the opposite side of the intake port 5, in a compressor main body. An oil feeding and draining piping which consists of a copper pipe 3 and a check joint 4 is connected to the oil feeding and draining port 2. It is possible to prevent high pressure gas refrigeratnt and refrigerator oil in the chamber of a compressor 1 from ejecting by sealing function of the check joint 4 even if the top end flare nut of the check joint 4 is loosened carelessly. Since a piping shape can be formed in an optimal shape, the direction of the check joint 4 can be set in an optimal direction so as to improve the freedom degree of a compressor layout.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the number of generating times and a generating time of fluid noise of a bypass before the starting of a compressor by a method wherein by effecting opening only when a pressure on the high pressure side exceeds a set value, high pressure gas is caused to bypass, and after the pressure on the high pressure side is reduced to a condition on which starting is practicable, starting is carried out. CONSTITUTION:A bypass pipe 10 for interconnecting the high pressure side and the lower pressure side of a compressor 1 is arranged, and a high pressure pressure regulating valve 14 is located in a bypass pipe 10. When a high pressure exceeds a set value, the high pressure pressure regulating valve 14 is opened, and a high pressure gas in a compressor 1 chamber is released to the lower pressure side so that a high pressure gas pressure is reduced to a set value at which starting is practicable. A bypass solenoid valve 11 is opened and a time limit relay is energized, and after a lapse of a specified time, the compressor 1 is run. When a high pressure is below a set value, the high pressure pressure regulating valve 14 is not opened and the compressor can be started without starting bypass. As noted above, since only a necessary amount is caused to bypass without exceeding a range of starting capacity of the compressor 1, the number of starting bypass times and a starting bypass time can be reduced, and the number of generating times and a generating time of fluid noise during bypass can be decreased.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent fusing of a fusible cock, a wet vapor suction and to hence stably defrost by introducing discharge gas to an evaporator via a bypass circuit without introducing a liquid reservoir when a temperature near the cock becomes a specified temperature or higher. CONSTITUTION:Discharge gas of a compressor 1 is introduced to a liquid reservoir 3 by bypassing a condenser 2. The discharge gas and liquid refrigerant from the reservoir 3 are simultaneously bypassed through an expansion valve 4, and introduced into an evaporator 5 to be defrosted. In such a hot gas defrosting type refrigerator, in order to prevent fusing of a fusible cock 11 provided in the reservoir 3 or a liquid tube, a bypass circuit 16 for introducing the discharge gas directly into the evaporator 5 without introducing to the reservoir 3 if a temperature near the cock 11 becomes a specified temperature or higher during defrosting is provided. That is, a solenoid valve 8 is closed by an operation of a temperature sensor 19, a solenoid valve 9 is opened to introduce the discharge gas from the circuit 16 to the evaporator 5.
